Having to move everything out after deciding to stay another night
No elevator. Reception is one floor up and rooms are on multiple floors above the reception. Difficult carrying luggage on narrow staircase. Heater did not put out warm air so room was cold and only one thin blanket. Plus rate was more than stated online.
