The location and the history of the hotel are impressive

Unfortunately many aspects left us disappointed. Overloaded parking (we were told to park in the street instead). No room service and poorly functioning restaurant (1 hour meal wait-time with promises of “10 more minutes” each time we stopped the waiter). Tiny spa for the hotel capacity with no moderation from admin stuff (one of the three saunas was not working; people were constantly leaving the doors and windows open in freezing cold weather; dirty tea cups everywhere; etc.). Room cleaning was equal to just towel change — nothing more. And almost never people were present at the reception desk.

Location was very good. Parking was available in a lot across from the hotel.Staff at breakfast were very good and friendly.

The lady at reception was not friendly. Her tone was not nice.

The views were excellent and Municipality in general

The room was cold at night and very expensive for the quality. P.s. and as a bonus, you get a glass door in the toilet.

The room was great and spotless clean, matress very confortable, the view was great and breakfast excellent.

This does not have to do with the stay in the hotel, which was excellent.The only negative thing for us was the price from the restaurant, we paid for two basic (and not tasty) soups and two espresso almost 20 EUR.

We had a fantastic stay - I highly recommend it. The hotel is lovely, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the breakfast and dinner were delicious! Would be super happy to return (also in summer) :)

The space was very clean, all the facilities very organized and the staff very welcoming.

The bathroom was super small, the bed was not comfortable and the location close to the city church was not so good because the bell rings every hour, inclusive during the night. Unfortunately the breakfast didn't had any vegan option besides tomato, bread and tee.

It’s a nice place, very well situated. The round bed was amazing. Very good breakfast and very friendly staff.

Only a cupboard to hang cloths but no drawers.

Centrally located within Strobl with own parking lot. The apartment/ suite was excellent and comfortably slept 6 people. Lovely breakfast buffet. Nice little swimming pool. Calm and restful atmosphere in the restaurant and bar areas.

Hotel in a nice location and good pool as well. Staff very nice.

Room was a big let down, didn't match photos on booking website so maybe we were unlucky but it was outdated, cramped and with dirty carpet (advertised with wooden floors). Bathroom was tiny and you had to do a strange shift into toilet to get into shower (not ideal with a 3 year old), we did ask to change rooms but hotel was full. Room was over kitchen back door so was very noisy and we had the cigarette smoke coming into room which sucked. Bed creaked so badly. Despite the hot weather, no fan available so windows open at night, no insect screens on windows so we were covered in mosquito bites by the end. Room faced a church who's bells go every 15 minutes all night so choice to sleep in a hot room with windows shut or lie awake in a cool room with them open.

Very pleasant hotel, great location, lovely spa area, excellent staff, great food.

Unless your room faces the garden, church bells throughout the night.

Perfect location for traveling around Salzkammergut area including Salzburg.Wonderful garden and sooo nice and kind staffs.Silent and cozy room was also clean and well managed.The cafeteria was also nice.

Nothing special

Nice place to stay in in the summer my kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Also had the chance to meet with the owner of the property he was so kind and friendly

Clean, location was nice.

Some younger staff was a bit rude when I asked for help.. it was a bit pricey and had to pay a bit extra for my child to sleep on the couch.

The hotel overall is very beautiful, breakfast was excellent

The outside ringing bell several times a day was extremely annoying especially in morning hours

Comfortable if small room. Hotel was very well appointed and clean. Breakfast excellent.

Evening meals a bit modest but, in season, a good range of close alternatives. Church bells didn't bother me but might bother others.

No air conditioning so the room was really hot. Not sure how it would be in summer as we went in May when only 21c outside.

Disappointing

Restaurant was closed in contrast to info on website, could not get breakfast because it started not earlier than 08:00, no personell present
