Location is just on the lake which is beautiful. Rooms are clean and we got a spacious one with direct view.

Was a bit difficult to find but overall noting to complain about.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at in Salzkammergut area.Really spacious rooms, sauna with an amazing view, and location directly on the lakeshore.Excellent breakfast.

there is no proper portable air conditioner, only a fan which we requested to ventilate the room because we couldn’t open the window so many insects. Also we found spider web in the room and in lights of the room

I booked a beachfront hotel. It was dog-friendly, but dogs were not allowed in the garden or near the water. I couldn’t fully enjoy my stay.

Where do I start? Firstly, they are scammers. The may have around 115 photos posted on booking.com and only past 100th photo, they have photos of the old building of the hotel, which is much worse than the new building, which is why they want you to only see the good part. Their excuse is - “photos are there for everyone to see” but how many people will really scroll past 100th photo? Not many probably.Also, when I chose the room, once again, only the last 3 photos (out of 15 I think) showed the old room and even those 3 photos were really professionally done, so only after you saw the room in person, you can understand that it was the same room.So coming back to it - they will use photos of new building to sell you their accommodation and when you arrive they will give you a room in the old building saying that the new building is full and “this is what you booked”. The old room has a carpet that’s probably as old as your grandpa, windows that either can be fully opened or fully closed (no option in between) and are not soundproof, old style furniture. Walls are thin and you can hear cleaners early morning. Again, I was told that the room is great, and it’s down to the preference. Perhaps, but somehow my preferred options are around 30% more expensive than the alternative, and so was this hotel in comparison to other old rooms in the same area.Anyway, I had to spent the 1st night in that old room and next morning they moved me to the new building after I made a complaint. Yet, no sorry, no part refund or a free meal - the reception / management saw nothing wrong and kept repeating that “photos of the room were there so I was fully informed”.Breakfast - food is good, won’t lie. However, the buffet room is tiny and as they had a lot of guests , you can barely pass or approach the section to get food.

First of all the room was very comfortable - it was big and with great spot to sit next to the window and look at the mountains and lake (room 46).The room and the facilities are very clean and the all staff both at the lobby and the restaurant are very friendly and eager to help and let you feel you are welcome. We used the gym which is very modern and techie - we liked that very much.The breakfast is amazing as it is very rich with a lot of verity - everything is so fresh. We also had two dinners at the hotel's restaurant and it was all very fresh and well cooked comparing to other restaurants in the area (which are good as well). The waiter was amazing - he provided great recommendations and was very friendly.I will be happy to go back and stay in this place for sure (and hopefully get the same room) !!!!!

The view from the room is beautiful. In front of the lake and facing mountains. It’s a quiet town Strobl but we like it

Everything was very good, hotel has nice view and good location. Whole town is very nice for walking around.

Bathroom shower could use more precise cleaning.

A low key elegant hotel bathing in beautiful nature, and the spa area is not to miss. I also enjoy the breakfast time a lot, very warm setting with quality food.

The spa was really beautiful and clean. We got nuts, apples and drinks for free which was really nice. The room was clean and the stuff was friendly.

Room was not good at all and it did not look like what I booked..not worth the money paid for

Easy to find the hotel, with several parking spots around and by the Wolfangsee lake. The room size was more than enough for 2 people (queen bed + sofa). Very good breakfast, with fresh bread and eggs prepared on demand.

Curtains in the room were not fully blocking the morning sunlight.

The service is amazing, the receptionist is super nice. The room is very big and clean. The restaurant provides very good food. I like the Sauna too, very comfortable. The view towards to lake and mountain is excellent.
