Eiger Murren Swiss Quality Hotel

It is a wonderful place to stay. Right across the street from the station. Everything in the hotel works really well. Very clean. Staff very nice and helpful. The restaurant has an excellent chef. The views are amazing from the front facing rooms.

Beautiful mountain view, convenient to the train station, friendly and helpful staff.

The pillows were too soft but I was able to get another pillow.

The views were amazing and breakfast was great. The hotel staff were professional and kind.

There was nothing negative about our stay.

Location up in the mountains, breakfast and quality.

Surprised by the -- franc extra per night per person for our 2 kids. I have never paid that anywhere when booking a room with 2 double beds. That was dissapointing

This hotel is beautiful and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay wonderful.

Oh my gosh-the View, the staff, the balcony dinner, the comfortable bed, 4 bed pillows!! Gorgeous linens and towels. I could go on and on. The location is perfect and we loved that we met the owners who seem to be on site all the time. They run a tight ship. I’d LOVE to travel to Murren again and repeat my exact stay!

Location. Absolutely need to book mountain side. The view would be the main reason to stay here. Staffs were great and funny. They meet you at the station and take your luggage to your room which was a very nice touch.

Steps and a bit confusing layout. But you get used to it.

Location, quality of accommodation and staff were excellent.

It was hard to regulate temperature in room at night. The duvet was too warm for room/weather.

Good location by the train station. Clean and neat. The pool was nice. Modern fixtures in a classic Swiss chalet.

No Jacuzzi.

Perfect property to enjoy the Jungfrau region! Beautiful, large, posh room and exceptional service. Excellent breakfast, restaurant, and room service. The spa facilities are wonderful and the staff is amazing!

Beautiful facility with an amazing staff. Really enjoyed the saunas after long days out. Wish we had brought our bathing suits but the sauna area was for adults only & allowed nudity

Bed was too firm for my husband. Being an American, we found it odd to not have a top sheet, just a comforter.

Staff was wonderful and accommodating! Transported our luggage to/from train station. Breakfast was great and dinner was too! We had dinner in the hotel both nights. Staff very helpful with recommendations. Beautiful setting with wonderful people working there! Highly recommend!!!!

Spectacular views of the mountains all around. Location right across the train station and walking distance to everything.

Breakfast was superb and overthetop with choices and quality; staff went over and above to make sure we were having a good time and accomodate us; they made us feel so welcome; loved the room and space; nice atmosphere

the beds were a bit harder than I am used to; I woke up with a back ache

- Good location right next to the train station. - wait staff and porters were very friendly, helpful and professional

- Horrible rooms. We were given a “forest view” room that basically overlooked a loading dock despite paying prices that were for the view of the Eiger- rooms were very warm and no air conditioning - rooms kept losing power thrice and staff had no explanation other than saying “something is loose”- charged us extra even though our room was fully paid through booking.com

Location by train station; porter met me at the station. Amazing service & staff was excellent

Not your fault, but perhaps staff should check on the pool area -some guests were disruptive, even dangerous and misused the area & other guests.Breakfast was average but the coffee and service were excellent
