Reception, location and the the Desck management Marvil is awesome

I did have reservation for dinner and 10 min that I get there late, the girl tell that I missed my time and wasn?t nothing she can have done about it

The room was very clean. I loved the buffet food and the stafff was very friendly.

I was very disappointed that after only 1 night the hot tub outside stopped working. I was really looking forward to enjoying the hot tub . We had to wait till almost 8:30 pm for our room to be ready.

I liked the staff and the activities calendar

The photos were deceptive as we were closer to the marina, and there was only a little lagoon area to swim in when it was clean from the boat debris/garbage and I believe the hotel did their best with cleaning up the water so that we could actually get in

The male host at the open restaurant was incredibly rude & never returned to service our table, From the moment we walked into the restaurant, he displayed an unprofessional & dismissive attitude toward us for no apparent reason.

Swimming pool was large with plenty of lounges.

While the rooms modern and clean, the bathroom sink faucet leaked and the hairdryer mounted to the wall was loose and falling off. Otherwise, it was a great toom.

Nice pool that was well maintained (cleaned often) with activities and just the right amount of fun and activities (not too many spring breakers). Food and drinks were good. Liked watching the super yachts go by while lounging at the pool. Bed was comfy.

Wish there was a little more variety in the food. We were only there a few nights so not an issue, but I could see getting tired of the same thing if staying for a week. Had to wait 15 minutes + one night despite having reservations-food was good though!

I loved the pool. The food was nicely displayed and the made-to-order breakfasts were amazing! I'd say 95% of the food was very good. The rooms were VERY CLEAN but sort of damp. The water was stinky from the faucet/shower. Bottled water was provided.

I felt like the price was VERY HIGH! We stayed in Mexico in a much nicer all-inclusive resort and it was a much better value for the money. Early check in not provided -frustrating after being told 1 hour, then another hour, then not until later.

Location, food, watching boats go by

Our sink was clogged, reported and not fixed. No hot water one night. Did not care for type of music playing during day (very loud rap music). Did not like my meal at Edgewater. Fish full of bones.

The location of the hotel was perfect & in proximity to a lot of site seeing, activities, etc. The staff was awesome! From the moment we walked in we were greeted w/ welcome drinks & hotel employee at the front desk. She was kind, funny; and helped us get settled.

The rooms were okay could use upgrades.

The staff was very unfriendly. Always had a sourpuss face whenever you ask them a question, like you're bothering them. The nightlife ends at 1am. Everything closes down. The pool is dirty by 3pm and never maintained. I would never spend another dime.

The on going entertainment and all included meals and drinks. The garden and pool are pristine.

The beach area is too small and not enough umbrellas.

I did enjoy the pool but not the view. The food was just okay. I tried reserving for dinner but it was always full. That is about it.

I did not like the customer service that was provided. I constantly had to wait to be served at the concierge, bar, and the restaurants. No towels were provided. I was unhappy and wish I would have booked elsewhere. Never coming back to this Hotel.

Location. The food choices were minimal. Too many people for the pool, it felt crowded

The service and accommodations were amazing and exceeded my expectations. There ws a lot to do on the premises. Overall, a fun experience!

The women¿s bathroom downstairs needs to be cleaned more often.

I'm not sure if I was to the right breakfast which was tea coffee and Danish but the were cold and the restaurant food. A microwave would have been good to reheat items

I love the staff. From Jamal & Jenison the bartenders that was so patient and accommodating, the inside bartender, there are two bars,outside and indoors,to the towel ladies,the front desk Tamira,I have to give a shout out to her service above and beyond and the rest of of the front staff. I just love even the cleaning ladies assigned .I just love the Warwick, it's family there. I already miss them???

I didn't like the manger ,talking harshly to my cousin to move his vehicle when loading our luggage, where can he load but In front of the hotel, a n d there was no vehicles being blocked at 7:30am,however I brought it to his attention and he tried to explain, but I had a plane to catch and it didn't make sense what he was saying ,because two family members came to visit me sat at the bar or even stand at the front of the resort,well dressed ,to wish me happy birthday and purchase a day pass to celebrate, and was treated as though they had a disease, meanwhile I see some people just walking through. That turned me off. They need to treat all people with respect ,because they lost money right there,by being judgemental, the men standing outsi6the hotel or doorman inside.
