Location, amenities around hotel Pool is nice

Being down to one elevator slowed things down a few times . The price also is creeping up,

We specifically booked this hotel for the pool. When we arrived we were told we couldn't use the pool because there was an event. There was no communication before we checked in, or we would have cancelled our booking. I will never book this hotel again.

Nothing, the staff were extremely rude, they argued with us, made us to blame that they didn't have the right contact name on file. The worst experience we every had.

Rude staff, adding extra charges and fees after we checked in, the hall way to our room was littered with dirty towels before someone came to grab it. A very long check in

Due to seasonal snowfall, the rooftop pool deck was closed. While I recognize this was beyond the hotel's control, it did limit access to one of the property's key amenities.

Location was nice.

There was fresh blood on the pillow case- like 3 big drops and very red. When we complained, they just sent the house keeper. It was Valentine's weekend, and they could have done more. A little goes a long way, and although they apologized - it's simply grosse and unacceptable. Obviously the sheets weren't cleaned! It was bright red!

I had a fantastic stay at the Radisson Blu in downtown Toronto! The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, with the CN Tower, Rogers Centre, and the aquarium all within easy walking distance. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. A special mention goes to our waiter, Paul, who delivered exceptional service and made our experience even more memorable. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

Located in the heart of the Downtown area.. just a short walk to CN Tower and the business district.. Rooms are clean, warm and tidy, large TV is great... Also close to food outlets and restaurants.

The hotel itself needs a facelift.. leaking water from the ceiling into buckets at reception isn't a great look.. Reception area looks very tired and dated.
