- Easy access to the city
- It was central very close to many different attractions such as the CN tower, the Toronto sign, bars and, restaurants. The staff was personable and made us feel welcomed. It was clean and appealing. We loved our stay there and would definitely come back.

- Access with road construction a challenge, also no front door attendant made using the Valet difficult. Not at all comfortable leaving my vehicle unattended in front of the building and cab congestion made its use difficult.
- Would have loved double sinks however the shower was nice. And the mattress was a bit uncomfortable but tolerable.

Charming hotel with a great location. Staff was wonderful. Will definitely stay again when visiting Toronto. Very clean. Enjoyed the concierge and valet was a must.
