- Easy access to the city
- It was central very close to many different attractions such as the CN tower, the Toronto sign, bars and, restaurants. The staff was personable and made us feel welcomed. It was clean and appealing. We loved our stay there and would definitely come back.
- This is a beautiful hotel with an excellent staff. The rooms are spacious and well maintained. I found the staff to be professional, polite, knowledgeable, and attentive.
Cons -
- The location has drawbacks. The traffic surrounding the area is horrible. There also was a lot of construction in the area making it difficult to get in and out of the area. This is not the fault of the hotel. I recommend exploring the area on foot.
- Access with road construction a challenge, also no front door attendant made using the Valet difficult. Not at all comfortable leaving my vehicle unattended in front of the building and cab congestion made its use difficult.
- Would have loved double sinks however the shower was nice. And the mattress was a bit uncomfortable but tolerable.
