- After eating chicken wings at property, we got food poisoning and they did not care us. I said several times they said only oo sorry there is nothing to do. Dur to the this situation we had to leave earlier than our plan in order to go back to Istanbul to get treatment. During our check out we requested to get refund two days that we would not be staying due to the health issues, they said again sorry there is nothing we can do. Summary, this property is not worth what you are paying. They are not clean, they dont care us.
- I liked he hotel. there is everything you need, shopping center and casino are good. close to center and airport. clean rooms, good view, nice staff.
