- The rooms were very dark as lighting options weren't the best
- We didnt get our room made up on our first day no clean towels even though we had left the sign on the door handle when we went out in the morning to make up the room.
- The TV was constantly an issue in my room. Seemed like a bad connection/HD was spotty or something. Elevators were an issue. You needed to push 'up' and 'down' to have elevator stop on my floor. Only 1 elevator appeared to be working
