Everything was perfect, the breakfast was great, the location is amazing and the staff were very helpful and professional.

Breakfast was great but very busy so had to wait for available plates

We could have all fit in the apartment but were divided into two rooms.

Perfect location, directly at the Beach. Fair value for money. Super friendly staff.

The restaurants could be cleaner.The maintenance of the rooms could be improved (the shower was leaking; a ceiling (LED) lamp was blinking, another one fully inoperative).

FANTASTIC breakfast!! Comfy bed, very clean room, partial sea view. Our room had small kitchenette area with hob, fridge, coffee machine and crockery. We didn’t use but good to know for the next time. Hotel also has individual lockable garages in an underground facility for 25 euros per day. (Park up and use the tram!) Hotel has a very versatile range of family options.

Some cartridges for the coffee machine would have been nice.

All good, excellent seaside location and resort but if you expect a courtyard for the ‘courtyard’ view - you will be disappointed - we were above the kitchen vents! Other than that it’s good value for money

Breaksfast is excellent, a big buffet with a lot of options. Room was clean, comfortable, and with all you need. The parking is very convenient if you don't want to struggle to park in the city. The restaurant is also very good, with a pretty view to the sea.

There is reserved parking in a locked garage, although on busy days there is no place to pause the car while someone goes in to reception to check-in and pick up the key. On the shore and in town. Very nice breakfast. We checked out before it was ready, but the employee invited us to pack a picnic with the cold items that were ready, and even brought us bags and bottles of water. We were in a triple room, which was very large.

The windows of our room were into an interior section with HVAC equipment and dumpsters, neither waterfront nor the street.

Great location on beach and near shops.

It’s a bit dated but the price was right.

Room was very clean, bed was comfortable, TV had a great range of channels and the breakfast was amazing.

Very good location. Staff friendly and helpful. Good choice of breakfast. Bathroom was clean. We visit the hotel often and have never been disappointed. We always recommend this hotel.

There was no WiFi in our room and the staff was unable to fix it. Therefore, we didn't get all the services we paid for.Staff at the front desk wasn't friendly and did not want to help us.The parking space needs to be reserved in advance. We tried calling them before checking in but no one picked up the phone. There was no soap or shower gel in the room. The breakfast room was uncomfortable, lots of people and dirty tables.

Staff is super friendly. The location is excellent, in the middle of everything, tram station only a couple of minutes walk. Food in the hotel is lovely. Staff at reception will accommodate to the customers needs whenever possible! Lovely breakfast!

There's nothing not to be liked at this hotel.
