The breakfast charge is misleading. It is NOT included in he room price. You have to pay extra. And it is NOT worth the extra money even. They also add on an extra city tax which is originally not included in the rate. Very misleading.
It is very near the airport. There are buses you can take to it.
When I got in there was noone at reception to recieve me. They had left the window open with the key inside the room. I was not able to connect to the internet because no-one left the password.
It's great for one or two nights, or transet , that's exactly why I selected it, the room has everything you need for a short stay ,also the location is cry close to the Airport, the local bus from the Airport stops right in front of the hotel, 3Euro.

The cleaness
The facilities are not well maintained, the toilet is clogged and the heating system is not optimal, when you sleep there is an extreme cold coming in (under door and window) because the rooms are not in a building, they are in a bangalo.
Great hotel for long stay. On the Zaventem business park and walking distance to Zaventem old town. The rooms on the ground floor remind me to American motels.
Neat and interference free. It was quite and comfortable. Quite close to the airport (2.5km) and price is half of what you pay at the airport hotelThat ofcourse for the people who need to be in Zaventem. And Brussels ( which is about 15km drive from there)
Nothing for the purpose i was there.
We didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment.A taxi was ordered and was there on time so we appreciated that very much.Supper was pizza only.
Check-in language barriers.Toilet in room kept running and we were told to shut the bathroom door or move our beds further away.Mixed up our supper order but we didn’t bring that to their attention as they were busy. Woman in charge very pleasant and tried her best. Her colleague needs a lot of mentoring and teaching.I mentioned we should get our room discounted and she said she would put that forward. No feedback on that.

Close to airport
The blinds were transparent and it is only when you put the shutters down that people cannot see inside - I didn't realise this and got undressed not knowing people could see

Proximity to airport and public transport.
Rooms are rather spartan. Not even a proper table. The heaters take too long to heat up the already very small room.
The hotel is at a very calm area and has peace all around. Its neat and clean with comfort. The staff is also courteous and polite.
The only drawback I could think of is that its a bit far from city centre but there is a bus stop right next by which you can easily reach.
Its near from the airport,
You can hear the noise upstairs and the doors,
It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent, with good pressure and plenty of hot water. We travelled by car, and they provided free parking right in front of the hotel.
The room was small. Ours was on the ground floor facing the highway, so there was some noise.
