- Christmas decorations were beautiful. Very comfy bed and well equipped bathroom. We used the parking facility this time and it was excellent.
- Amazing staff. Location perfect close to everything but not overrun with tourists¿ stayed in other Langham properties. Standard room smaller than expected but still brilliant.

The staff was amazing: sharp, efficient, friendly, kind. They really understood what customer service was all about. From the doorman to the front desk to the restaurant, they always Meade me feel like I was the most important thing.
