Quiet comfortable room. Good London location

Christmas decorations were beautiful. Very comfy bed and well equipped bathroom. We used the parking facility this time and it was excellent.

Amazing staff. Location perfect close to everything but not overrun with tourists¿ stayed in other Langham properties. Standard room smaller than expected but still brilliant.

The staff was amazing: sharp, efficient, friendly, kind. They really understood what customer service was all about. From the doorman to the front desk to the restaurant, they always Meade me feel like I was the most important thing.

Simply amazing. The most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in. The staff were so helpful. The club level was outstanding.

A secure internet connection would have benefited me. I was unable to make some transactions, such as book a hire car from the hotel, as my bank did not allow transactions through an unsecure internet connection. I would have felt more secure from hackers etc while at the hotel, doing my banking online.

we generally like this hotel and as usual the front of house atmosphere was great

Poor value for money

We have booked Superior King room which should be 28 sqm but felt much smaller. Reception staff is poorly trained. Long waiting time for the elevators.

We arrived on a long hall early flight which arrived at Heathrow at 5am. We asked if we could get early access to a room if possible. Not only did the hotel give us early access, they gave us a room at 8am which is unheard of. We just think that this was going above and beyond the call of duty. We were just blown away by the service in the hotel. 10/10.

Fabulous central location,the hotel was stunning and the staff were exceptional. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting central London. We were celebrating my 40th birthday and staff arranged balloons for our bedroom,fruit,chocolate and a cake. They could not have been more accommodating.

The room is a bit small, and the price is not competitive

We were celebrating my 37 year old daughter's birthday. The Langham Hotel staff went out of their way to help celebrate this momentous event.They sent champagne, helium balloons, a fruit platter, a cake and a hand written card to my daughter's room.

Nothing.It was totally wonderful.

Staff were amazing. All very friendly and polite and go the extra mile. As you would expect really.Lovely aroma throughout the hotelVery cleanRooms spacious, good size bed and very quiet. Couldn’t hear any noises which was great.Pool was lovely. Great temperature.

Is it worth it? Well you know its expensive but little touches do make a difference and we were treated very well.I would have preferred a larger shower head if I am honest. Shower head was just a normal small size. But was still a good pressure.Toilet paper wasn’t that luxurious either, I was expecting better quality tbh.Neither spoiled the stay though, and even with a slight cleaning mishap with our room which was rectified with lots of sincere apologies didnt spolt it. So I cant fault the excellent service and would definitely recommend.
