Room was clean and fresh.

It was perfect for my needs. I was traveling alone and it was clean, safe and a convenient for me for a reasonable price.

The staff is very friendly, it is conveniently located. The rooms are clean as well as the lobby and breakfast area.

Excellent location

Staff is way too uptight about bringing pets. The vast majority of pets are fine; its the owners that need to be reminded of picking up after them. Pet fees are exorbitant on a per day basis ($20 per day, per pet). They're not zoo animals.

The hotel clerk was very nice. The breakfast was good.

First room I got was next to a room w/a big dog that wouldn't stop barking. Second room's bathroom sink wouldn't drain and the toilet leaked all over the floor. Third room was fine.

the access to & room used for shared food (breakfast) was very tight, especially under COVID.

The room smelled so strong, from something they sprayed, I could taste it! I had to cover my head to sleep! Breakfast wasn¿t great. Rooms not too clean. Never again.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast offered hot items individually wrapped, which was great! The location was perfect. You have several places to eat, Target and Walmart close by.

Only available 3 star in the area that weekend. Close to interstate exit. Nice pool, everything was clean n good towels provided. Room was pretty nice and breakfast was pretty decent except no hot food just microwavables

Constant construction. Wish I was told in beginning about it. Washer n dryer were a challenge to use due to construction. Bathroom floor was not set right on a few in middle

Room was clean. Location was good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was centrally located and had a number of restaurants nearby. In fact, Plaza Azteca was next door. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was clean and well-appointed. We were very satisfied with this hotel experience.

Our only complaint is one that would be true for any hotel in Virginia at this point in the Covid nightmare. Our breakfast was a choice of packaged baked muffins and danish and apples---a far cry from the hot breakfast we would otherwise have.

The desk clerk  is awasome. She was very helpful, friendly, and made us feel welcomed.

Quiet, close to the highway, good parking, friendly staff, bed was very comfortable, good selection on the breakfast.

Before checking out we stiped the bed. When we held up the sheets they had what looked like pen stains all over. The sheets were clean except that. Sunday checking out the line for breakfast was out the door by at least 5 people. Too packed.

The shower stall instead of a shower in bath. It was amazing to not have to worry about the shower curtain

The pool didn't have any privacy. There was no indoor pool or hot tub.

Price and the location and paper products were fine

The entire hotel including our room was very aged and rundown. It needs an entire facelift or renovation. The bathroom was not cleaned well and the breakfast and breakfast area was less than optimal. The yogurt I chose was warm and the items were limited.

The front desk staff was amazingly helpful and kind! She went out of her way to help us and offer welcome suggestions.

Loved the hot tub except it did not work. The remodeled showers are excellent

The unexpected hot tub in the king size room was nice but it did not work. It was basically just a big bathtub.

Customer service oriented staff who were friendly and helpful. The fall foliage and location to Skyline Drive was great.

Our room wasn’t cleaned when we checked in and had a foul smell. Also, this hotel allows dogs and there was a good bit of barking.

The night clerk was very friendly. We got in at 2am. She did not have an attitude about. Had a conversation with us and helped us find a parking space.

We were not let known there was construction going on. The pool was also was shut down. The beds were not queens they were only full size.

Desk staff were extremely welcoming and friendly (both evening and morning). Breakfast was extensive. Exercise room was clean and equipment in good condition.

Breakfast supplies ran low with 45 minutes to go. Staff didn't replace items (yogurt, fruit, bagels...). I had to go and ask for yogurt twice...finally given 1 small yogurt.
