Hotel worker was very rude to me about exchanging towels and sheets. We found a dead roach the first day and a live one later. Also the pool was dirty and cold. Hot water only worked some of the time could not shower during the evening hours

It was difficult to find the road to actually get to the hotel. You could see the hotel easily, and there were a couple roads beside it, but they didn't take you there. The correct road has a sign that says dead end, but not labeled for the hotel.

There were multiple areas of the hotel in need of service -- most especially, the elevator! The sound it makes opening and closing is extremely loud, and our room was right across the hall. The gym equipment was also all broken and needed service, badly.

The bed in our room was very concave and you could feel the springs and box spring below. Toilet was not fastened well to the floor so was moving around as well as the toilet seat was repaired using grey duct tape.

It was difficult to find the road to actually get to the hotel. You could see the hotel easily, and there were a couple roads beside it, but they didn't take you there. The correct road has a sign that says dead end, but not labeled for the hotel.

Hotel worker was very rude to me about exchanging towels and sheets. We found a dead roach the first day and a live one later. Also the pool was dirty and cold. Hot water only worked some of the time could not shower during the evening hours

The restaurant only had buffet and it was very expensive, in my opinion. Thought they should have had it posted at the entrance letting people know. Online shows a menu style restaurant.
