It felt more like a getaway cottage, which was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable.The staff were kind and friendly, and the breakfast was exceptional.I would definitely stay here again, an ideal getaway.

I saw a couple of comments about the shower cabin being small, which I agree with. However, I’m on the shorter side, so I didn’t have much of a problem with it.I did have an issue with the mirror in the bathroom, though—it seemed to be designed only for tall people, and I could barely see myself.Besides that, everything was totally fine.

It had a free parking

We arrived and were told we had only booked 2 rooms instead of 3. I showed my booking and that was fixed.The sofa bed in our 3 person room wasn't made. They came and made it but forgot to give us a third set of towels.We found half a condom package on the floor in one room, there was other dirt in the other room, including hair in the bed.The mattresses were extremely soft and uncomfortable and the hotel completely dated. Luckily we had decided against the breakfast because it was really low quality food for a high price.

no information or instructions for check-in! Got to the hotel late, around 11:00 p.m.... They don't answer the phones, they don't answer messages, they didn't give me the password to the safe with the keys for check-in! Had to sleep in the car! And the next day I still didn't get any explanation from the administration, they just put - NO CHECK-IN!!! and the money was written off!!! What the hell is this? Nothing but negativity!

Terrible mattresses. Woke up between them. It would not be a choice for romantic night with benefits.

I've been a regular guest for nearly 10 years, except for the closure period. The recent renovations have made the room quite nice, and the overall experience is better.

The breakfast was ok, but the staff was lacking in timing.

The clerk at the desk was extremely helpful upon check-in.

The room was oddly laid out where you had to open the door fully to get past some furniture. The window would not open to get fresh air. There was only one half of a sheer curtain, so for privacy, the drapes had to be drawn. The food was average.

Staff was very friendly, given that the hotel was seriously understaffed and some even overworked.All of them were trying very hard, but depend on HQ for budget for essential improvements.Breakfast was good, normal buffet warm and cold (scrambled eggs, bacon, grilled tomatoes, pancakes, cold cuts and nice fresh breads etc)

The toilet in the bathroom felt like miniture and cramped between wall and shower. The shower cabin seals were leaking so within 4 minutes of showering the bathroom floor was flooded.Not all pictures for Compfort Double room match reality, as level 3 rooms are much smaller, due to sloped roof.Most annoying is that smoking on the outside terrace area, during breakfast, is allowed and when smokers are asked to move I was frowned upon.

Its a small hotel.

We came just a few weeks after a big renovation.The new rooms are nice and clean, the beds are comfy and the bathrooms are spacious and well equipped.The staff was very friendly and helpful.
