- no information or instructions for check-in! Got to the hotel late, around 11:00 p.m.... They don't answer the phones, they don't answer messages, they didn't give me the password to the safe with the keys for check-in! Had to sleep in the car! And the next day I still didn't get any explanation from the administration, they just put - NO CHECK-IN!!! and the money was written off!!! What the hell is this? Nothing but negativity!
