Key lock system to get into the room not working, maintenance did not fix while we were at hotel. Very dated hotel.

The pools and spa are AMAZING. I love the regulars who take classes together. Fast friends made. I would definitely stay again.

I think the hotel is a little dated in some areas but the amenities made up for it.

The room layout was odd with the bathroom in the middle and 2 exit doors at opposite ends of the room.

Wish breakfast was included, they had really good coffee in the restaurant but couldn't just get a cup in the morning. They made me pay $1.50 just to fill my travel mug to go back to my room. That seems a little silly, should just be included!

The furniture in the room was so old it looked like they picked it from the side of the road. The reviews were so misleading - I'd never stay here again. the whole place wreaked of weed and the walls were paper thin. Not a classy place at all.

Seemed to have what we wanted when we booked it before driving 2 hours only to find out the hot tub was shut down, the whirlpool in our room didn't function and you had to get up every 10 min to restart fireplace.

The location was convenient

It did not seem kid friendly. Especially the spa/pool, there were so many rules it was hard for kids to play and have fun.

nicely located, but room not been well cleaned confetti in seat cushions and bathroom:,the toilet stopped morning the morning of our stay staff did not seem overly concerned but manager said he would check & get back to me and has not done so

Hotel seems old and a bit run downed. Things seemed dirty - outside door needed sweeping. Just not a place I'd go back to. Did not seem clean.

It was really clean ,large rooms,nice area and comfortable beds

Everything well worth the money from the beds to the sauna to the pool and most of all the politeness from the staff

We got the King Suite for the Jacuzzi tub but it's very outdated and did not work as intended. Cool faucet but just a bath essentially. Also neither Television Closed Captioning worked. Hard of hearing and would have liked to have.

The location is great.

The hot tub was closed due to cleaning. My husband stayed here in the summer and the pool was closed for the same reason. The power went out (not their fault) but when the power came on the tv didn't work. I'll make another hotelchoice in the future.

The spa was nice and staff very friendly.

The room was so tiny and felt like we were in a box. The tv was on the wall and could only be seen by one bed. The bathroom was tiny, very old and toilet was running constantly. I had to open the back and fix it. Wasn't impressed at all
