- The staff was very pleasant and the hotel itself was immaculate. Our stay was quiet.
- Cleanliness
- I attended an event in the hotel and was happy to find rooms available. The hotel's location is great whether you take uber or the subway. The staff was great.
Cons -
- It would have been nice to have known there would be a $300 hold placed on my card even though the room was already paid for.
- A/C wasn't cold, and it was humid all night. Water pressure in shower was abysmal.
- The bed sheets smelled of mildew and bacteria to the point of discomfort.

Every employee I engaged with was a consummate professional.
