Staff was amazing very helpful Hotel was clean and they was able to accommodate all of my wishes.

That there was an additional hundred and something dollars I had to pay for fees that was not included in my original bill. Things like this should be included in your pricing. I should not find out once Im sitting inside the hotel lobby

It was in a very convenient location

Even after prepaying for my room in fool. The hotel still wanted to charge a $300 deposit. When inquired why the deposit was so high despite me paying for the room in full. The front desk agent was unable to give the rationale. Not worth the price.

The bed was comfortable and the staff were nice.

The water was shut off overnight, was supposed to be turned on at 4am but still wasn’t working at 11am- couldn’t shower or brush my teeth. The bathroom door was stuck open and hard to close. When I turned the shower on water sprayed sideways everywhere.

The staff was very pleasant and the hotel itself was immaculate. Our stay was quiet.

It would have been nice to have known there would be a $300 hold placed on my card even though the room was already paid for.

Cleanliness

A/C wasn't cold, and it was humid all night. Water pressure in shower was abysmal.

I attended an event in the hotel and was happy to find rooms available. The hotel's location is great whether you take uber or the subway. The staff was great.

The best part of the hotel was the cleanliness of the rooms as well as the opulence of the lobby.

I did not like the tub used as a shower.

Room smelled water all over my carpet had to change my room at 12:30 in the morning horrible overall experience

The room was spacious and clean. The housekeeping woman was excellent.

early check-in needed for a wedding. Room wasn¿t ready at 2 PM and the front desk was unhelpful and almost rude. Checked back 20min B4 ck in time) still not ready. Asked for mgr. Woman came back to say room was suddenly ready.Almost missed the wedding

Location, cleanliness, staff. Loved the sheets and towels.

It was a 4 star but did not have robes or wine glasses.

The staff were great. The gym was over the top amazing.

I am sure there was an air quality or cleanliness issue with my room. I thought I caught COVID because I had such trouble breathing at night and while I was in my room. However, I figured out when I left my room, for a period of time, I felt better again.

The staff was extremely accommodating. The hotel was beautiful! The only thing is, I purchased a bottle of water from the hotel store, and it¿s was $5.50 LOL but honestly, it was worth my while! They even switched our room bc the tv didn¿t work in ours.

Location you can walk to everything nearby. Lovely hotel great staff beautiful rooms

The bathroom smelled very bad and it was clean. There may have been a septic issue. They had to move my room. Then it was very disturbing at night while sleeping. Just an horrible experience being that I drove from Atlanta GA to DC with my family.

The friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the hotel were the things that stood out.

Elevators were very slow. Mask policy was lax

Location and close proximity to my Howard University destination.

I did not like the fact that the dining area was closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Walking distance to the Smithsonian, great restaurants, a perfect location. Hotel smells amazing and was super clean and modern.

Everything was perfect.
