Robes were in the description and requested but not received. An extension was requested and processed with their staff but not put into the system causing full price to be due.

Check-in was a breeze with very kind front desk staff. The room was spotless with the most comfortable hotel bed I?ve slept in in a long time! Valet had our car brought around very quickly with zero-delay. We will definitely be returning!

Our minibar was locked for some reason and we weren?t able to get ahold of staff via phone for help

Traffic getting into the hotel and the parking process is horrible. It took 20 minutes!

Our stay was great, all of the employees we encountered made us feel at home. Honestly me and my husband felt like we were the only people there, once we closed the room door, so peaceful. The place was immaculate,Parking was easy.

The bed was a bit too firm for our liking.

Clean and modern.

They had problems with parking (room key was not working at the time to get in/out).

It is in the center of Buckhead where we prefer to stay when in Atlanta

The atrium is very nice quiet place to relax. Staff was friendly.

While the recent room renovations and upgrades are acceptable. They missed the small amenities (no luggage rack or iron, no microwave, mini fridge needed replacing). Bar area needed upgrade and no discounted parking for guests not even 10%.

I usually like everything but not this time . I still like the location.

The hotel didn¿t have a shuttle running which is disappointing for a so called 5 star hotel. The staff was subpar and i called 25 minutes early to get valet to bring my car and i still missed my dinner reservations ! Hotel is under reno. I want a refund!

Friendly service, comfortable bed, deep soaker tub and delicious room service.

We initially had some difficulty with the key cards not working properly but the staff was quick to respond and resolve the issue.

the well appointed bath. Soaking tub and walk in shower! Quiet room even though we were on the front side of the hotel.

Excellent stay. The staff is friendly, attentive and the service was impeccable from the bell hop to the front desk. I absolutely loved my stay and am looking forward to a future return!!!!

No. I loved everything thing about this full service hotel experience and believe or not I am a hard person to impress!!

I loved the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. Everything was done quickly and professionally. If we ordered extra pillows to the room, they came promptly. Our check-in experience was probably the fastest we have ever experienced.

It had a nice bathroom and the pool was not flooded with children

This was no way a 5 star hotel and to only have 2 paper cups in the room is ridiculous no mini bar and no glassware to enjoy a cellar aged bottle of wine I brought with me

It's conveniently located.

Unfortunately, this area of Atlanta isn't what it used to be. I've been staying at this hotel for years. Always felt good about walking at any hour of night to one of the nearby restaurants or bars. Not anymore. Hell I didn't feel comfortable in the lobby

Having stayed here several times in the past, I am consistently pleased with the top-notch, pleasant service and comfortable environment of the hotel.

The lack of room service and a full-time restaurant was disappointing; however, COVID 19 protocols have made this necessary. I do feel that the mini bar in the room could be safely replenished since all items are individually sealed.

The view was actually the best part in staying here.
