Hot water took 5 minutes to get to our room. Long wasteful time but worked

The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The valets were ready to serve with smiles. So pleased!! My husband and I will definitely stay there again.

Just an overall pleasant experience. From valet parking, check-in process, our room appearance, wonderful staff, great food and ideal location for the concert we attended, we couldn't be happier.

The location was amazing!

We expected the hotel to be a little fancier. The rooms were just average. The bathtub was slippery. The front desk staff wasn't overly friendly. The valet service was excellent.

Rooms are clean and well appointed. Front desk staff is fantastic.

Seems like every time I stay at this hotel, an elevator is out of service for maintenance. This makes the wait for an available elevator a little longer, and can make it a little more crowded.

The location, gym, indoor pool, sauna and the staff were all great. I traveled to Boise from Wyoming to go shop at Trader Joes which is across the street and super convenient.

It was extremely nice and the rooms were very well maintained and clean. Check-in was easy and quick Really enjoyed our stay.

The front desk lady, Morgan, was awesome. And so was the valet guy who worked the evening shift when we arrived at 3:45 pm...he was awesome!

Saturday night bartenders were rude. They need retraining, it's a customer service-facing position & needs a friendlier attitude. Our room floor and jacuzzi were filthy, no robes, we could sell strong marijuana in our room from other guests smoking it.

Location and staff was very friendly. Parking was tough if you have a larger vehicle or pick up truck - parking expensive

They did not have our reservations and were completly booked

They sent us to their sister hotel not as nice no pool

Location is perfect for me when I stay. The staff is amazing and the food at Trillium is excellent. The rooms are extremely comfortable with city scape views from every room

I have stayed many nights here all of which were 10 out of 10. I have a lifted truck that doesn't fit in the parking garage.

The valet parking was nice and the staff was very polite and friendly

The bed was uncomfortable and we both woke up with Minor back pain the room was a little small and the shower drain would not stay up when trying to take a shower.

Garage feels a little cramped but valet is definitely an affordable option to avoid that

Old run down over rated hotel, poor service, motel standard room

The location, the pool amenities (although pool staff was rude and acted combative). The downtown location and the fact that we travelled to Boise for my daughters gymnastics competition that was held inside the Grove hotel ice hockey stadium-convenient.

Staff act bothered to assist with anything. Staff in pool area were rude to kids and treated them as if they were not welcome due to the staff not wanting to help. TV channels that are local were not included with room and hotel required guests to pay $15
