    Pros +

    • The location was not far from a lot of things I wanted to do.
    • Todo estuvo muy bien, lo unico es que para ir al ultimo piso y poder ver la ciudad. Querian cobrar 14$ por persona y nosotros nos hospedamos en el hotel. Tambien hay que pagar valer parking 65$
    • Bed and hot water in room.

    Cons -

    • The only thing I didn’t like was that when I ordered from the in-hotel Starbucks, they informed me that the cold bar was closed so I couldn’t get my drink. I had to call customer service for a refund.
    • I found mold on the bottom of the bed frame in my room. Chicken wings, and roaches in the pool area floor, male bathroom area of the pool door didn’t lock, toilet, didn’t flush and no soap in the dispenser.
    • The hotel staff was rude the checkin process took over an hour, I was moved to 3 dirty rooms the constant beeping when I finally got in the room the dingy and scuffs on the wall the aesthetic was outdated and did not look like the pics online it stunk to

The location and the buffet was ok

The staff was rude, the rooms smelled like mildew and musty, this constant beeping noise all day & all night the check in process took over an hour. The lack of clean rooms the walls were scraped up and dingy the bed sheets were stained and dingy looking

The rate for the hotel was excellent. And the staff we interacted with were helpful.

We requested an accessible room. There was a grab bar in the walk in shower, but that ended the accessibility part. It was not what we reserved.

the location and the lobby and atrium were just as I've expected from Westin. It looked like an impressive hotel.

The elevator to the 26th floor opened and the carpet was tattered and the halls were all scuffed. My room was much the same, the carpet had rolls and bumps and tears and there was a bad musty smell- I told them and there wasn't another room to move to.

    Location

Outdated rooms, dirty, expensive, poor maintenance

    10CharlesPosted on: 6-25-2026

The location is ideally located at the center of everything. For an event at the stadium this is a great hotel. The staff was amazing and so welcoming and the room has an amazing view.

Nothing. From dining to sleeping it was a 5 star experience

    Everything

Key wouldn’t work on elevator a couple times had me stuck just going up and down lol but it was still a nice stay

Location to state farm arena staffing everywhere in the hotel to assist. Food was great along with prices reasonable also waiters and waitress superior.

No! Food court is under construction also access to the arena was blocked during the work but understandable. Great place to stay.

Hotel was not at all to the level I expected. It is old, tired and in desperate need of renovation. Furniture, doors, mirrors had nicks, scrapes. Then the water stopped and we had to be moved to another room. Only compensated $50. Not a good experience.

    1SeanPosted on: 7-15-2025

Nothing but the location and there are several other hotels with great locations.

The furniture in the room was in complete disrepair, both chairs fabric was torn, shredded. Exposed wires where maybe a smoke alarm had been. Bathroom door handle fell off. Bedding was worn and pilled. Hallways low ceilings, dimly lit. Valet always full.

    Location

I reserved 2 beds for 3 people several months in advance. At Checkin hotel informed me they didn't have 2 beds available only one bed room. They didn't offer cot I had to ask. Eventually the second day hotel moved us to 2 bedroom.

    3LatoyaPosted on: 7-4-2025

    Front desk was very nice.

I stayed 4 nights and room service and cleanup was not good. I had to call for housekeeping because they never came.

    10JohnPosted on: 5-20-2025

Very clean and the view was amazing!

Parking can be tough. Just be prepared for that. It is downtown Atlanta after all.

    10JanitraPosted on: 4-22-2025

    Very clean and beautiful room

Valet parking but they do have an option for self parking so that was good.

    9NoraPosted on: 4-15-2025

    The view from the room.

Elevators took FOREVER. Ended up walking down 20 flights of stairs with luggage to leave. We could also hear every single time a door closed during the night from inside our room.

    3AndraePosted on: 4-15-2025

    The View

The check-in process was a mess. Somehow, an associate managed to check in another guest under my confirmation number. I asked for a superviso but he was completely unavailable and refused to answer calls. He assigned me a handicap room

    3GabrianaPosted on: 3-20-2025

The lobby was nice and the bed was comfortable

They put me in a room by the service area. I had to pay a 200 incidental fee and the room looked old from the 1990, bathroom sink was slow, shower was slow. Cleanliness I give a 4 and the old carpet looked like motel carpet. Forced to valet park at 60
