The staff was very nice
Very clean and beautiful room
The view from the room.

Cons -

no
Valet parking but they do have an option for self parking so that was good.
Elevators took FOREVER. Ended up walking down 20 flights of stairs with luggage to leave. We could also hear every single time a door closed during the night from inside our room.

The view from the room.

The View

The check-in process was a mess. Somehow, an associate managed to check in another guest under my confirmation number. I asked for a superviso but he was completely unavailable and refused to answer calls. He assigned me a handicap room
