The Westin Peachtree Plaza Atlanta - All Inclusive Reviews Rating
Very Good
Review summary
The hotel is praised for its excellent, central location near major attractions and restaurants, as well as its polite, attentive staff and good on-site amenities like the pool and gym. However, multiple reviews highlight issues with room cleanliness, including stained furnishings, unpleasant odors, and inconsistent housekeeping service, along with small, outdated bathrooms and uncomfortable beds in some rooms. Parking is noted as inconvenient and costly, with limited options beyond valet service.

I love the view that it has. Room was spacious.
The bathroom felt small. Everything was so close in there. The door was awkwardly positioned and made it hard to move around.

We really loved the location of the hotel — it was close to everything and made getting around very easy. The beds were incredibly soft, honestly some of the best I’ve ever slept on. The shower head was amazing, and we always had hot water, which made a big difference. Most of the staff were very polite and helpful. We also enjoyed having a Starbucks inside the hotel, though the staff there could benefit from some additional training.
During our stay, there were a few issues that affected our experience. The desk chair in our room was partially broken, and one of the lamps was damaged with the light hanging loose. We brought both issues to the attention of an on-site manager, but unfortunately neither was addressed. We were told the chairs were in the process of being replaced.I also wish there were a better entrance to the pool area. The side elevator only partially works and isn’t ideal for families with smaller children. A hot tub for adults would have been a nice addition as well. While the pool looks nice at night with the lighting, it is too dark to easily see all of the children swimming. Because of this, I felt the need to sit right at the edge of the pool the entire time. The Starbucks staff I mentioned earlier, on both Saturday and Sunday mornings, seemed more focused on personal conversations about other people and customers than on preparing drinks accurately.

I liked the spectacular views of Atlanta from my room. My room was very clean and spacious. Overall, I liked the friendliness of the staff and the close proximity to everything including the Stadium.
I did not like the really expensive breakfast buffet for what it was worth which was like $38. The swimming pool was very disappointing for a hotel like the Westin as it looked so outdated. I thought it would be open air with a spectacular view.

Rooms clean and the view from room
The only thing that I didn’t like is that they only left one roll of toilet paper in the room. Is the only thing

We enjoyed a great view from the room, convenient location, and the breakfast buffet. We could get to the hotel very easily from the airport by taking a train. Very good location.
There were no coffee cup in the room, although a coffee maker was there, and a paper cup was provided. We had to ask for more cups as there was only one cup in the room.
