Location was very good. Staff friendly.
Our room was never serviced during our four night stay. My wife asked about this at the desk when she asked for clean towels and no effort was made to ask our room number or schedule a housekeeper. This was very sub par for a Hilton.

size of the room, location, breakfast, parking are all why we picked this hotel and it did not disappoint. 2nd time staying here for the festival. staff is very welcoming and accommodating
had to ask for blankets and pillows for pull out couch

The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was decent with ample choices. The room was spacious and and the bedding was clean and the bed comfortable. Nice large shower and large closet inside the bathroom. Very clean bathroom.
First the room; the clock was unreadable and the phone to call downstairs wasn’t functioning at all. The furniture and carpet are outdated and shabby. The window was nice but not insulated enough because you can hear everything on the streets all night long.The parking; I shouldn’t have to pay for parking and be told to park at my own risk. There were not enough clothes trolleys; I saw 1 and I waited 15-20 minutes to get one and gave up. The lobby wasn’t so busy you’d understand this only one other person came in as I waited. That evening while coming down again to request a trolley to get my luggage a ceiling tile fell down due to rain and splashed all over the furniture and floor. There was already a plastic bucket inside the ceiling to catch rainwater. Really! Fix your roof!

very good location
room was a little less spacious than expected. the breakfast was subpar for a vegetarian (no meat, no fish, no eggs) person. there were almost no options except for cereal, milk and fruits. only veg item - hash browns were kept alongside chicken on the same plate (no care for cross-contamination).
