- Location
- Staff was friendly except for valet leaving was rude. Location was convenient
- Location is perfect for exploring downtown Atlanta!
Cons -
- When we got there, we were told that one of the rooms were canceled. To remedy the situation, they were going to put us in another hotel 10 miles away from the conference center and the new hotel didn't have shuttle service to the center. Unacceptable.
- Old run down smelly definitely not a 4 star hotel
- The valet fees are $60/day when they have enough parking in the garage / above ground parking to self park for less daily! The hotel is DATED/OLD! The room provided was under the hotel and you can see many structural damages, peeling paint & weird smells

Staff was really nice and friendly
Hotel didn’t give luxury hotel. Elevators were broken, I would say it’s more of a 3star hotel.
