Location

When we got there, we were told that one of the rooms were canceled. To remedy the situation, they were going to put us in another hotel 10 miles away from the conference center and the new hotel didn't have shuttle service to the center. Unacceptable.

Staff was friendly except for valet leaving was rude. Location was convenient

Location is perfect for exploring downtown Atlanta!

The valet fees are $60/day when they have enough parking in the garage / above ground parking to self park for less daily! The hotel is DATED/OLD! The room provided was under the hotel and you can see many structural damages, peeling paint & weird smells

Staff was really nice and friendly

Hotel didn’t give luxury hotel. Elevators were broken, I would say it’s more of a 3star hotel.

The air wasn’t cold enough and housekeeping didn’t clean room one day when asked they didn’t clean it till 5:30pm

Room

Staff. Parking is to high. There is a parking fee for everything you enter and exit the parking deck.

Room was dirty. Sink in the bathroom was clogged and it took 2 days I was charged for the restaurant that I didn't use

Extra fees added at checkin deducted from 100 dollar deposit. They give you a paper where yiu read sbout it

Centrally located

The toilet seat sis not fit the toilet bowl. Parking is horable. There is no parking and the hotel pricing is insane

Dead roach in the floor of hotel room. Waiting 20+ min at fandangles and didn’t get greeted. No employee in sight. One person checking everyone in. Stood in line over 40 min just to check in

Great staff very helpful

Sooooo many homeless people sleeping rite in the street outside the hotel. Not the hotels fault but wow it was a shock

The hallways were loud. Parking and vallet was horrible. The management let kids run up and down everywhere in the hotel.

Convenient location

When we checked in, the comforter had stains on it, there was trash scattered throughout the room, and dirty towels on the ground in the bathroom. Luckily we were given another room but it was off putting.

The room was filthy. There was dust all over the wall, the fixings and there was roaches in the bathroom. I found their little 27 a day fee distasteful, no because of the money but in not moment during my reservation was this fee disclosed. until check in

Did not stay. Front desk woman had an attitude and was rude when I called to find out where park was. She even hung up on me. We heard the phone slam right before the call ended. They still tried to charge the full amount but I locked that card
