The front desk staff were polite and friendly, and gracious from the start. They allowed us to keep our bags there till we checked in, which was definitely a plus. The amenities were very nice, as we took advantage of the pool and the gym that were provided. The room was clean, spacious, and the beds were a comfortable pillowtop as well. The hotel was also within walking distance of a lot of sighting seeing, and restaurants which made it super convenient.Our stay was made better by the quality of the hotel, and if we ever return to atlanta we will definitely be staying here again.

Location was good, as was the price of the hotel. The staff were also very helpful, particularly the concierge desk.
The entrance could have been better signposted for those walking from the metro!

The location was close to my venue of the conference i was attending. The staff was courteous and helpful.
The fan was too noisy. There was no microwave oven to reheat food in the room. Unless you go to the restaurant on the 3rd floor

The location and the pool were great. The vouchers for food and beverage were enough for coffee at Starbucks. The Valet service was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and overall the room was nice.
The vending machines didn’t work or would produce the wrong product. The bathroom door didn’t work well and the air vent was dirty. The Starbucks was understaffed.

Lovely hotel with a great location
Buffet breakfast could have had a better food selection and presentation as well as improvement on the tea as water wasn't aways hot and beverage items often missing on the table. Dinner was great though
