The Westin Buckhead Atlanta

I didn’t have breakfast. The hotel is beautiful, clean and in a great location. The staff was exceptional from the first call for early check and when present at the hotel. The staff was friendly at the valet and the front desk. They are very professional, friendly and warm. Even after leaving the hotel the staff has been extraordinary in assisting me with leaving items left behind. Oh and I loved the water station, nice touch! The room was very clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. I always travel with my sheets but I did not have to use them. Amazing!

The only challenge was the door to the room was hard to open, which is a minor fix. I informed the front desk and was informed he would contact maintenance so the next guest would not have that experience.

Lobby, bar, bedding, staff. Great to have the Coffee bar downstairs. Excellent location

Parking is a bit creepy

Incredible, incredible staff! Honestly you will never find a hotel staffed with amazing people that are SO ACCOMMODATING and kind and wonderful. Amazing location, rooms were great, we will never go anywhere else in Atlanta! This is the BEST hotel experience I have ever had.

Location is excellent. Lenox Mall is right there. The guys who valet park are awesome. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The view from our room was great. I also liked that the water was hot. Some hotels give you that warm water. But babby a nice HOT shower is just what you need after a long day.

The breakfast was ok but not worth $83 though. We ordered a simple breakfast. I had the Omelet with Hashbrowns and Toast. Coffee to drink (which was $9). My husband ordered Eggs, Bacon, Hashbrowns with OJ to drink. We ordered Pancakes to share. The Pancake had no flavor. It was like the chef mixed Flour and water together and drop it on the griddle. No vanilla, cinnamon, sugar, etc. Just plain old flour. The waiter was very nice and accommodating. That was the only thing I liked about breakfast. The Omelet was ok. Those Hashbrowns need some serious work.

I love this hotel. I’ve stayed here multiple times. Location is great, staff is great, amenities are great. Beds are amazingly comfortable.

I will say, I didn’t book any special room the first time I stayed & ended up with a terrific view and an immaculate room. The second stay, I spent a little extra (which was already quite a bit more than the first stay, even with a basic room price—must’ve been the time of week) booking a corner room, and it was a worse view

I didn’t like the fact that there was no complimentary breakfast buffet.

Was supposed to have pull out couch bed and it was just a couch.

Very nice hotel... exceeded my expectations. Staff was very nice. Hotel was convenient to everything.
