Location is prime. In the heart of midtown close to all necessities. The rooms are very spacious and clean.
It can get rather crowded as there is a food hall on the 2nd floor.

The hotel parking is pretty simple (right for valet or turn left into the parking garage and self-park. If you self-park there is an entry through the parking garage so that you don't have to walk all the way around to the front to enter. The lobby is simply breathtaking. There are so many areas for a beautiful photo opp, the interior designers and architects did a great job. The nightlife at the bar is lively!
The shower in the room that I stayed in had staining. I think that it was permanent staining because I requested that room service disinfect the shower, and the stain was still there. It looked like they should go ahead and resurface the shower because it looks unsanitary.

The bar and the food is excellent at this hotel. I had the Piedmont Sidecar and my friend had a cosmo. Super delicious!!!! It was moderately expensive but it was totally worth it. The short rib nachos we ordered the next day were divine!!! Sooo flavorful. The wings and salmon were good too. I would just add a little more sauce. The room was a nice size even though we got the smallest room option. Loved the foyer inside the room and the fact that the tv had apps already. I also thought everyone was nice. Liked that I could text for requests. Also love that it’s connected to colony square, close to Piedmont park, close to crescent ave that has some good food and a Marta station.
The only complaint I have is you can hear wherever a neighbor’s above and below turns on the water or flushes. It sounds like our the pressure is causing it to quake. We were on the 9th floor also couldn’t see much. And bed felt a tad worn. Oh, valet is super expensive at $79 a night but it’s literally connected to colony square so you can park for $30 a day yourself and there is an entrance directly to the hotel.

Great location, having that upscale food court right now the door of the property is as awesome and Colony Square where they have music and other things going on. Staff was empathetic and helpful. Very close to the hotel are some lounges and bars and upscale sit down eating places besides the food court.
Shower has a pretty steep tub rim where you have to really climb over it, it might be hard for the elderly. Also, they didn’t have any mats that go down on the bottom of the tub while you’re taking a shower, which is a fall waiting to happen. They have some fancy fixtures in the bathroom, but they don’t work very well, I don’t think they’re very high-quality especially for the amount of use they get. The pillows seemed cheap and rather Uncomfortable. The phone in the room can call out, but you have to use your cell phone to call the front desk. The breakfast was pretty good but very overpriced. The location is very close to the symphony and the High Museum of Art.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The location was good, and the bar on the ground floor had a nice ambiance.
The plumbing was noisy and there were banging pipes all the time. The sliding door to the bathroom was inconvenient and not very private. The elevators were awful and we waited 15 minutes for one. There was lots of noise from the bar next door.

Room very nice with comfortable queen sized beds. Spacious room and very clean bathroom too. Nice breakfast options and the fresh fruit juice and fresh fruit selection was excellent.
The bathroom sliding door was difficult to close, kept dropping off its hinge. Lighting was quite poor. Needed my phone torch to see small items. Needs better lighting.
