The room was very clean
It all starts with. We had no TV the whole time. Rich, Carlton would not do anything to accommodate us having no TV. There was an outage. That’s a big amenity that you don’t get to use. Also, my vehicle was backed into in the valet line. It’s chaos. They need more direction when it comes to the valet lines. Cars are pulling everywhere. The way they are doing it does not make sense which is why my vehicle got damaged.I also got a staff member on recording saying they would give me $100 off my bill due to my inconveniences. The next morning they did not honor that even though I had the recording and they listen to it they said there was nothing they could do about it. Horrible customer service.
