This ideally located downtown Atlanta hotel offers a fitness center and restaurant. The Ritz-Carlton is less than one mile from MARTA mass transit and the State Farm Arena. It offers guests 55-inch high-definition flat-screen TVs. The Ritz-Carlton Atlanta’s elegant and spacious rooms feature feather beds, iPod docking stations and WiFi. They also have mini-bars and 24-hour in-room dining. Connecting rooms are available by request. Atlanta Ritz-Carlton hotel services include dry cleaning and international currency exchange. Pros +
- The hotel staff - from hotel employees at the front desk, they all made us feel at home. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was outstanding. I filled up a little too much on the cornbread. I will stay here again in Atlanta in a heartbeat.
- The heater made very loud noises that kept me from having a restful sleep. Not a good experience
- The customer service was A+. Everyone was very attentive and went far and above to make sure I was comfortable.
Cons -
- Yes this property was not the property reflected in the pictures. The amenities listed for the room was not the amenities available for the room.
- Heater was broken and made very loud noises that prevented me from sleeping
- The cleanliness of the room. The room had not been cleaned upon my arrival, I have several pictures to confirm. Definitely not up to standards as other Ritz-Carlton locations I have previously stayed at.
