Excellent hospitality and facilities!

Beds were comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Perfect location to Aquarium and world of coca cola. Fitness center and pools were clean.

The staff was friendly, professional, and very courteous. The location was great! Was very close to all of the events and the Mercedes Benz Stadium.

Need an exhaust vent in the bathrooms.

The room was spacious and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Great selection of toiletries. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine. Bed was very comfy. Great breakfast. I prepaid for this and choice and quality was great. Two pools. One indoor and one out. I used the indoor pool. It was small, but great to have an indoor option as weather wasn't great whilst I stayed. Location of hotel is excellent. Centennial Park, Georgia Aquarium. Plenty of eateries nearby. I only stayed one night, but would have been happy had my stay been longer.

Location good. The location fit our needs. Room view was good, with a good view of downtown Atlanta. A few restaurants are close and within walking distance.

Interior staff was always great and helpful. Outside staff maintaining the loading/unloading was not so much. I stayed with two female friends, one of which was in a wheelchair. Upon arrival and vehicle unload,, the two female friends struggled with the cart to get it inside while I parked the car, and workers at the loading/unloading area watched and did not offer to help or to call for help. Same issues upon leaving, but one worker yelled that they can only park at the load zone for 15 minutes. My female friend did notify the front desk of that incident already.

Perfect location ,easy parking. Being remodeled. Ice machine on floor was ripped apart. But we got along fine

The location was excellent. Once the renovations are done it will be really nice. The aquarium theme was fun, that was the main purpose of our trip. The G?was located right outside our hotel window! The majority of the hotel staff was very nice, some were just ok.

THE UNDERGOING RENOVATIONS!! We picked this hotel for location and the indoor pool. Floor 7 where the pool was located was closed and under renovations!! That was a heartbreaker for my 10 yr old son who was uber excited about going to the pool. The door to our room did not shut properly without extreme effort (the latch did not line up). My room key would randomly stop working. And only 1 elevator was working at the time. There was a small razor rusty razor blade on the carpet. After informing a staff member of some of the issues, he did not seem to be very concerned.

Under renovation. Indoor pool off limits. $40 per day to park at hotel parking deck
