Beautiful location at the base of the mountain across from the main lodge. Breakfast was tasty each morning, but was not included in booking price.

Staff seemed unfamiliar with the (very small) town surrounding the resort, failing to provide directions for essential services like laundry.

Location, bedding, hot tub, local restaurant, staff, coffee, utensils and cups/ glasses.

The air felt very dry and my husband and i were congested. Unsure if it is forced air? Maybe a humidifier would have helped. Otherwise everything was very clean and comfortable and the room had coffee, tea, silverware and glasses if you wNted to bring wine ect.

The facility is steps away from the slopes. Perfect for skiers. Very tasty restaurant at night with friendly staff.

It was very quiet and comfortable. All the staff were very welcoming and kind. I appreciated the coffee/tea bar in the main lobby

The hotel looked beautiful. The room was very nice, very clean and comfortable. There was an outdoor center close to the hotel and they advised us on a very nice hike.

We had seen from the photos that they had a spa, swimming pool, hot tub and gym. However, you have to pay separately for that (it wasn't listed on Booking.com) and it closed at 7 p.m. We thought we would have something to eat somewhere after a long hike and then relax in the evening and use these facilities. That was a shame!

The property is quite large and in a beautiful area. Everything was clean, attractive, and comfortable. The employees were top notch.

We are an older couple with less than stellar vision, so more signage to direct us to the entrance would have been helpful.

There were a lot of flies in the room, and it was hard to find food places that werent overcrowded

Exceptional location on the mountain! Superb restaurant on site, we had breakfast buffet and two dinners. Plenty of parking and shuttles!

Hazardous conditions at entry.For the price, breakfast should have been included. That was not a queen sized bed!

We loved everything about this hotel. We were there to see the fall leaves and they spectacular. Our room was on the top floor and was super cute with its dormer window. The amenities were great we used the hot tub. Gym. Spa and sauna.

The location was amazing, as was the benefit of being able to remain in the hotel lot the day we checked out to ski. It made a world of difference not having to move the car. Breakfast was also great. Resort breakfast is always expensive but I felt it was a much better deal than what we would have paid at the base lodge. I also found all the hotel staff we interacted with to be beyond helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back!

I prefer a little softer of a bed, but that’s just personal opinion. Everyone in my party slept well!

that tge pool wasn’t part of hotel. You had to drive to and pay separate fee. Need toaster oven in room.
