It was a very nice hotel, very clean. front desk staff was super nice and polite. It exceeded my expectations. We stayed on the 31st floor it was very neat.

I did not like how we had to pay for parking down the road in a sketchy parking lot. Also the street noise in our room was very loud as I understand it was no faults to the hotels.

The location is the only good thing about this place

This hotel was a disaster from the start. We got there and encountered the rudest staff member at reception (Candace) her tone was terrible and she was snappy. She asked for my card for incidentals which she then proceeded to charge $603.72. I had prepaid for the room which I had explained, this resulted is us having to speak with a manager who assured us the funds had been released on Saturday, when checking out on Monday we found out that they had not been released and have supposedly been released today? Still waiting for our money back! While there we attempted to get a drink at the pulse bar, tables were dirty and no one came to serve us, we then proceeded to the other bar waited 15 mins to be seated before deciding to leave after no one came! Our room was dirty there was mould in the shower and a used toothpick on the ground and the table was filthy. But after spending over an hour in reception previously trying to sort out the double room charge issue we had no energy to go back down and complain. To sum it up I would not recommend this hotel at all, there are other hotels in the area that I’m positive will have better staff and cleaner room, we are extremely disappointed after our stay here!

Very friendly staff. I didn’t use any of the extra facilities (FedEx, Starbucks etc) but I can see that these would be useful for business travellers. The valet parking is expensive but efficient and comparable to the other spots in the area. Convenient location for what I needed (passport office) Room was quiet, comfortable bed, great water pressure in shower.

I will preface this by saying there was a convention in town so my room was over $400 per night which influenced my expectations. The bathroom was very dusty, peeling paint, very cheap plastic shower curtain and no bath mat. I chose this hotel for the pool which is tired, no towels and the advertised “free” cabanas are overpriced. I didn’t raise the issue with staff as I didn’t have time and they were fully booked anyway and I doubt could have changed my room. I would stay again at the lower rate as it was comfy and convenient but it needs a lot of investment and not what I expect from a city Marriott.

Great customer service. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

At check in I wasn't given the room in which I had already booked. The room was much smaller than I booked.

Lack of air or AC in our room, shower was broken and two elevators were broken during our stay.
