The staff and free early check in
No microwave and parking prices was ridiculous
I originally booked a king room and was given a double room. When I asked can I refund the 2nd night they declined and said they can’t grant me a refund even though they failed to disclose that they didn’t have any kings available.
The room was a corner room, small and low tiled ceiling that wasn’t in good condition. Rm 541.

Hotel rooms are dated and valet damaged my car and security lied to cover for them..
the lobby staff, the restaurants and the concierges.
The hotel carpeting should be replaced. It looks old and dirty.
Staff was very pleasant, bell station attendant was great to talk to and very helpful
Took 3 hrs for them to get me a room after check in. Dried blood on blanket. Room service was over priced gas station food. $5 for half pint milk carton.
Good location and very nice room. They also had a great gym.
Beds were hard as bricks they had us on the top floor secluded from everything else. It was not properly cleaned and had left over tissue from previous people. We left early because our backs started hurting just laying on those bricks.
