Hilton Garden Inn Fort Collins

This was the nicest hotel room we stayed at out of the 5 on our trip! It was VERY clean and quiet. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room layout was perfect for our needs. We truly enjoyed our stay here and found it very restful.

We were not able to take advantage of the breakfast for purchase either morning. We would have appreciated an "on-the-go" selection we could have purchased. In addition, we battled dehydration in CO and would have liked Gatorade offered in drink selection

We were supposed to have service every other day while we were there. We never had service. We had to go to the front desk to get towels. The front desk had no coffee for the room. Every time we attempted to get coffee in the lobby, the pot was empty.

The hotel did not have a room available when we arrived at 5:30 pm & asked us to return after our scheduled event to check in, which would have been 11 pm. Rather than risk having no room still at 11 pm, we ended up securing alternate accommodation

Cleanliness, quiet, and a great hotel staff.

It could use some towel hooks in the bathroom.

The rooms are big and the beds are extremely comfortable !

All the staff was really friendly .. great water pressure in the shower & nice towels

Did not like all of the snacks set out in the room, and the fridge full of drinks and snacks. There were 2 water bottles labeled ?$2.00? and nothing else anywhere in the room for cost, giving the impression the snacks and drinks are free, but they aren?t.

THIS is what a handicapped accessible room should be! Spacious bathroom, living room, and bedroom. By far, this is the best ADA room we have ever had!

location is great, hotel has a pool and a small gym, bed and room was comfortable, enjoyed it.

my bathroom wasn¿t clean but i think it was just a one-off, breakfast looks like the free ones you see at budget hotels but beware it¿s not free, no hot tub.only one wine option in their ¿store¿ it¿s a can of beer for $16, after tax closed to $20

Quiet location but close to lots of stuff.

Bathroom lights are motion activated so they turn on when you walk in. A real problem in the middle of the night

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Our son enjoyed the pool and fitness room. It was in a good location. It was a great place for our family.

Breakfast was a bit deceiving. We didn¿t realize we had to pay $15 for each of us to eat breakfast¿it was set out like most hotel¿s complimentary breakfasts. There was a sign on the wall that we noticed after we had each got something to eat.

It is deeply under construction. The elevators are taped up w cardboard which is startling but they should at least clean the elevator buttons. The maintenance man made me nervous coming into my room without leaving the door open and making a rude joke.
