Rooms are really outdated. The food choices SUCK and the one restaurant open is majorly short staffed and too expensive for what you get.

I paid for a non-smoking room and I was put in a smoking room. My wife coughed all night and had nose bleeds do to the smell of smoke in the room. My bed was wore out and uncomfortable.

The rooms were very clean.

I stayed three nights and had to ask for towels and to have the trash picked up.

The staff was very pleasant, room was very nice and clean.

Yes. Only 2 elevators operating on the larger side of the hotel and have been down for quite some time. The American buffet was very disappointing compared to previous visits.

I like the entertainment the band that was playing that weekend TriggerProof Band

Took too long to get into them because they were remodeling the other two elevators and it was slow in the café. I’ve taken orders and very smoky in the rooms and in the elevator.

The bed was not comfortable. It needs replaced the mattress had a dip.

Very conveniently located after a ten hour drive. Everyone gave sweet southern hospitality. Room was huge and comfortable. Pizza looked great but was in the mood for ramen . Casino was good but tight. Went next door to Horseshoe to earn points.

Only thing was that you drive through a sad depressed area that looked a little sketchy until you get past it to the resort area.

I like the cleanliness and comfort of the bed.

Upon entry to my room, the cigarette smell took my breath. The smell didn't fade much. The floors were dirty & sticky. There was also some surfaces that needed to be better cleaned.

Need to put on website when hot tub is closed and 21 to go to pool

Check in was quick enough but had a hard time understanding so I had to ask her to repeat. Room was clean and nice but kind of dated. See below.

Room was at the FAR end of the hall. Couldn't have been further from the elevator. They had ZERO premium channels. Windows were fogged over with age and the tub was the old school slippery porcelain w/ no grab bars.

Could not find my reservation and to wait 45 minutes for them to find it talk to four different people had to get five different cards to get into the room going back-and-forth

The hotel was clean and nice. The casino was nice. Comfortable rooms.

There wasnt a swimming pool at the hotel and it took forever to get drinks while on the casino floor. Buffet also was very expensive and not worth it.

The hotel looked amazing all decorated for Christmas!

Well I was charged more for the room than I was expecting. And it was warm in our room, we couldn't get the a/c to work.

Housekeeping stole from me, Mgmt and security didnt d not follow up with me and front desk was indifferent to my situation Room had wet carpeting from a leaking refrigerator and had mildew

The indoor pool and jacuzzi was not open it should have been listed that they was not open when I made the reservation should not be included in the amenities of the hotel if it wasn't going to be open

Everyone was so kind, helpful, and accommodating. The place was very nice and fun.

The only thing that went wrong. The first room they gave me still had someone belonging in it and wasn¿t cleaned. But the did give another room right away. It was very nice. They also made it where we all could be on the same floor for all three rooms.

The staff member that checked us in spend several minutes spraying scented something all around her and her desk area. With us standing 2-3 ft from her. Not a professional behavior, definitely I would not have expected this behavior in place like that.
