- I paid for a non-smoking room and I was put in a smoking room. My wife coughed all night and had nose bleeds do to the smell of smoke in the room. My bed was wore out and uncomfortable.
- Lack of empathy im reporting to better bureau
- I stayed three nights and had to ask for towels and to have the trash picked up.
