The staff was very pleasant, room was very nice and clean.
Yes. Only 2 elevators operating on the larger side of the hotel and have been down for quite some time. The American buffet was very disappointing compared to previous visits.

I like the entertainment the band that was playing that weekend TriggerProof Band
Took too long to get into them because they were remodeling the other two elevators and it was slow in the café. I’ve taken orders and very smoky in the rooms and in the elevator.
