- Instead of calling this a hotel, a more appropriate name should be a Palace. Have never seen anywhere else in the world where the color gold is used more extensively. Staff were always smiling and eager to help.
- Excellent customer service, very few people there so quiet and not crowded, movie theater on site

- The hotel was less than 25% occupied but yet when we asked for a room with an ocean view, our request was rejected. Food at the hotels are very expensive ($20 for a set of sushi, $20 for a caesar salad, $24 for a burger)
- Most of the pool area was being renovated and not available for use. We weren't informed ahead of time that this would be the case. The available pool area was nice and included the hot tub.
- -Info about transportation to nearby interest, to town. These info should be available on hotel web site - Nothing available to eat after 3pm. No restaurant open after 3pm - Room Promotion is only available for local people, not for travellers.

Excellent customer service, very few people there so quiet and not crowded, movie theater on site

5 star service. Great golf. Nice personable service. Always tried to please
Hotel was a cluster of wings. So felt cut off from main hub that required 300 metre walk.

The Main Atrium (Levels 1–5) is currently closed for upcoming structural repairs and will remain closed for the foreseeable future. brAs a result, the Atrium Café and Lobby Lounge are temporarily unavailable.
