Hyatt Regency Wichita

The room was very nice, had a great view and the restaurant had very good food

The hotel charged my debit card(was only supposed to be for a $15 parking fee) twice for $--- which was the room charges even though I explained it was paid for at the time of booking. I have called three times so far and have only received one refund

Security was amazing! Staff friendly! Food excellent!!

absolutely nothing our room was filthy, called front desk they gave us free parking (which was free for hotel guests anyway) left several message for manager no one responded. we were on floor that had construction which started before 8am

Location, staff

1st room had broken thermostat, 2nd room had a blood spot on the wall of the shower and previous guests hair in the bathroom on the floor and counter. The walls are paper thin and you can hear peoples full conversations with out trying.

I was woken up very early to what sounded like hammering. I checked in after midnight and it was either 645 or 745 that the hammering started. Guests should be informed if they are to expect that or given a room that will not be affected.

The Check in guy didn?t explain that they didn?t have my corner sortie that I paid for. I ccame down to explain a last was nice saying she could issues credits that I haven?t seen in my Hyatt rewards. Disappointing room & stay. Neighbors with super Loud

Front desk clerk that check me In (¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿) very attractive about 5 -1 inches) . Close to arena , room was perfect , awesome overall . We be back Gentlemen that to my order to go at night from Harvest (¿¿¿¿¿¿) Very attractive) had the nacho's/coke

The 1st person that took my order from Harvest . When I arrived at Hotel (my lunch )about a hour after checking In. Older lady around 45 .( fountain drinks given tasting funny Missing large coleslaw, was given 2 very small what seems to be 2oz cup

Security and parking

The lighting in our rooms and bathrooms were poor. There were no ceiling fans or lights. All the lights were on the walls. The mattress and furniture was uncomfortable. The bedding was not all that great either. The mini fridge was micro mini.

Location

Bathroom not clean(q-tip on floor and hair in corner of bathroom). Sink didn¿t drain and electrical outlet didn¿t work.

Really liked the heated pool and view from the room.

Did not like that the only free parking was across the street and not protected. Also didn¿t know there were different ¿packages¿ for reservations.

The room was comfortable and clean.

The staff at the restaurant was terrible. We saw a customer's plate with their ticket sitting on top of their steak before it was served to them! Disgusting! I had my drink spilled on me as it was being put on my table. Had to ask for water 2x.

Cleanliness and courtesy of staff. It was behind the convention center- score!

Indoor Walking to Century II. But a long walk.

Room needed updated. Shower curtain ripped and needed replaced. Ice maker on floor was out of order. Had to ask for coffee, tea, cups and towels. Room wasn¿t freshened each day.

We absolutely love the atmosphere. It is located on the river, so it's a beautiful view....the hot tub is actually hot, and the pool is actually warm....This is our favorite place to stay when we come that way!

The staff was excellent and the room was very clean. My son and I went swimming in the pool and the water wasn¿t ice cold but almost warm which I loved.

The AC in our room worked but the fan speed wasn¿t that great while pushing the air out.

location

Many of the employees were not wearing masks in the height of the OmiCron variant being transmitted. Extremely disappointing particularly being that the hotel has signs all over about being concerned about Covid.

It was nice and in a good location

They did not honor the free breakfast, they did not have buffet due to covid but other guests received free in room breakfast but they said our rate did not include the free breakfast.
