Breakfast was good. Dinner was good. Room was clean.
Service at breakfast could have been better. Waitress was a little slow to help initially. Overall it was good.

THIS WAS BY FAR THE BEST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT!! EVERYONE WAS SO NICE AND POLITE. THE HOTEL WAS BEAUTIFUL, OUR ROOM WASBEAUTIFUL AND WAS SO COMFORTABLE. WE WERE THERE FOR THE AUTOMOBILIA CAR SHOW AND WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR AND WE WILL BE STAYING THERE AGAIN. WE ARE ACTUALLY THINKING ABOUT COMING BACK IN JULY WITH OUR GRAND DAUGHTER. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THE BEST STAY EVER. KUDOS TO ALLYOUR STAFF, FROM THE PARKING GARGAE GUYS TO THE WAITERESS IN THE RESTUARNT EVERYONE WAS GREAT!!

The staff at check in was very accommodating, as we have a rather large vehicle and we were not sure if it would fit in the parking garage, so we were allowed to park in their employees parking area. They have security, so we knew it would be patrolled. The hotel is very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were also upgraded due to the possibility of noise from remodeling on a floor they originally had us set to be on. That was very thoughtful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I liked the location. I thought the room was a bit shabby and the price was too much for that condition. I was so pleased with the man who drove me to the airport, he came in early to take me and that was way above and beyond what he had to do. Thanks to him.
The price. I didn't want daily room service as I didn't need it. One elevator didn't stop on the 6th floor several times.i

It was a nice hotel.
We were in town for our daughter’s dance competition. Unfortunately a fraternity reunion was taking place at the hotel. The fraternity partied until 3am, drinking, fighting, and cursing! It was awful we didn’t get any sleep.
