Perfect location if you are looking to visit the aquarium. Few options for nearby parking with reasonable prices. The room was big, clean and nice.
The beds felt smaller than standard full size bed. the water fountains were not working.

Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful personal.
I got a room with a balcony with city view then wasn't even aloud to open the balcony door and enjoy the balcony. But others was out on their balcony.

Clean room, great location, helpful staff and easy access to downtown.
Not enough "hot water" when showering. It always was warm. Never hot. The restaurant was never open for dinner.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. The bed was especially comfortable, and the space felt quiet and inviting - perfect after a long day. The hotel’s amenities were excellent and clearly well cared for.The location was another big plus: convenient and easy to get around, whether for sightseeing or business. The downtown area is amazing , the fitness/ Gym I’m hotel is very good !
The breakfast buffet service was really bad, it does not match 5 stars hotel. The workers in the restaurant are not friendly! The lady’s who works in the souvenir shop in the hotel are not friendly.
