Location

When we arrived they filled the valet with non guests and had no option to remove baggage at the hotel. We were required to park in a lot .3 miles off site and take our bags from that lot back to the hotel. I would not stay again

The hotel was nice it's the outside of the hotel homeless people everywhere seems dangerous to even leave hotel

The hotel parking is expensive they give you a second opinion to park in the garage across the street but the attendant is very rude saying inappropriate language I had to report him to the hotel multiple times

I booked the room with two queen beds but instead got the room with two full beds. Two adults can not sleep comfortably on a full bed. I was not reimbursed the difference.

Valet parking $60 a day. Construction on the front entrance. We drive around the block to enter for valet parking. Then there was flood in rhe valet parking area and they gave no clear direction on where to pick your car up.

Service and attention to detail. From swimming in the pool to enjoying the rotating rooftop Polaris restaurant, this hotel/it’s architecture/its history was great.

The hotel is massive but the staff created such a warm atmosphere. I felt very safe and it 2 minutes from my destination at AmericasMart

I'm allergic to dust, the ONE and only thing was that behind the headboards were not cleaned and I woke up with red eyes every morning.

It was big in the entry way and it was very very accessible from local businesses & public transit

The room was TINY for the costs associated.

The AC unit in the room is extra loud. It was like a revving engine on a small car in the room. They were renovating the lobby and kitchen area, so it was a mess.

I liked the central location of the hotel. It is close to other establishments that are in walking distance.

I did not like that my room has more wear and tear than expected for a 4-star hotel. There were repairs needed for the aesthetic. The room was also much more compact than expected.

This is a large group hotel and serves its purpose.

The hotel is dated, especially the carpet in the guestrooms, so hopefully a renovation is forthcoming.
