Hampton Inn Boise-Airport

The staff were all friendly and helpful, great breakfast, nice rooms and fresh cookies in the evening!

Hotel staff, room and breakfast were all very good.

Multiply Breakfast options. Not the same thing each morning

There wads a musty smell in the room. Tried leaving window open to air out, but smell never went away.

The front staff was super helpful. The computer system was down and the electronic keys wouldn¿t work. They tried to get us a room at the Fairfield but two of us would have to sleep on a pullout couch. They offered a no charge stay in our unlocked room.

That we could not lock our door when leaving for dinner.

location - next to a rough area. Paid more than would of if booked through hotel. Wasn't area picked.

Hampton Inn quality is very stable and very good. We stay in when I am on business trip sometimes

I checked in at about 10:00pm. One guest was drunk, police kicked him out. It is very quiet, all people were very nice and polite. It should be OK, no safety concern.

Close to where I wanted to be. But there were others to choose from.

Burned out light bulb. Queen sheets used on a king bed. I requested room service and that didn¿t happen.

The proximity to the airport. There was a complimentary breakfast available every morning. The pool was clean. The rooms were nice.

Let's just say we won't be staying at this particular hotel again.

Great staff great room the breakfast was good so was fitness room. Really enjoyed the stay.

We had to request towels for one of our rooms, but they were supplied promptly with a smile. The morning staff seemed to be having a tough day.

The cleanliness and the linens.There was a breakfast offered which was basic—boiled eggs, bagels, yogurt, etc.

The first girl that checked us in was very nice. She upgraded our room for us. The next day there was an older gray haired woman there who did not have the best talent for dealing with people. Her manner was colder and more abrupt.

Friendly staff, clean room, great pool. The Covid continental breakfast was adequate for the situation.

Hotel employee checked me in and she was above and beyond what I have grown to expect from previous experiences with front desk staff! She accommodated my extra person and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. I hope all hamptons are like this one!

I hate not having a completely closed bathroom door with a lock or there being no fan in the bathroom. But not enough to make me want to stay anywhere else.

The hotel room was very clean. i liked that the hotel was pet friendly, too.

I had my dog with me and I thought it would be nice if there was a grassy spot closer to the hotel. The hotel across the parking lot had a nice area for the dogs, but at 2am I wasn't looking to walk all around the parking lot.
