- I loved the location on the beach. The staffs were very helpfull. The food was great. The variety was totally to my liking
- Hotel sits on one of the best beaches and is a large expansive property. Staff is friendly and fun.

- No working shower all week.. shower leaked all as well as no hot water.. totally disgusting
- It was very far from the airport
- Understand the rooms are super tiny carved out of cement you must pay $10 USA a day extra if you want your room cleaned. Food is very basic and they are not accommodating or flexible if you miss mealtime same food choices each day of the week same.

Everything from the front desk to the bar and restaurants it couldn't get any better
Rooms were a bit too small but otherwise ok
