No working shower all week.. shower leaked all as well as no hot water.. totally disgusting

I loved the location on the beach. The staffs were very helpfull. The food was great. The variety was totally to my liking

It was very far from the airport

Hotel sits on one of the best beaches and is a large expansive property. Staff is friendly and fun.

Understand the rooms are super tiny carved out of cement you must pay $10 USA a day extra if you want your room cleaned. Food is very basic and they are not accommodating or flexible if you miss mealtime same food choices each day of the week same.

Some staffers will treat you differently if you are black, on the beach there are shops and people selling goods if you are sister traveling solo there are men that are not apart of the resort staff that constantly attempt to interact with you or

The hotel did not have our booking, luckily we had a copy on our phone. They then put us in a economy room, too small to swing a cat, i am sure i book a super king. I have a strong feeling that i did not get what i paid for?

The beach and the island itself is absolutely amazing! The most beautiful island that I have been on!

The building is a dump, the roof leaked, no elevator, no internet in our side of the building. The place was dirty, staff didn't care about the property or the guests, can't get a coffee until 6:30, ran out of rum, the pool tiles are falling out,

Everything from the front desk to the bar and restaurants it couldn't get any better

The beach

Room above kitchen, banging all day and night. Bathroom drain did not work, called 4 times before fixed. Food not good.

You can’t beat the beachfront location it’s gorgeous. Pools are also beautiful. Staff was nice - Judith, Kiara and Jahquan all lovely.

Housekeeping does not come at all. We asked for towels and never got them. Our room flooded due to heavy rain and we couldn’t get any towels to clean up. Food was a major let down. I don’t mind a buffet for breakfast and lunch but it was very disappointing to not have more nicer options for dinners. We wound up going into the Marina one night for dinner just to get a good meal. Rooms are OLD. I don’t usually mind but they were really dirty and small. This is such a beautiful property and location but desperately needs to get better food options and a major update to rooms.

The location, the staff and the beach were great.

The rooms and hotel are so dated. The food in the buffet for lunch and dinner were horrible. No variety and what they had was terrible. Even the desserts were bad. The icing on the cake was no hot water on our last day!

The beaches on this property are amazing, such fantastic views. The food was actually very good and the staff were relatively nice and helpful.

The WiFi was out for our entire stay, you could not get any WiFi in the rooms and you had to come down to the lobby to use their WiFi which was also down majority of the time. Made it very difficult to plan rides, contact anyone. It was like staying on a secluded island instead of an all-inclusive.

The location is fantastic - such a beautiful beach. The resort was very nice; grounds and pools were beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and the shower had great pressure! We were very happy to be given adjoining rooms, as requested. The food choices were well prepared and varied. The New Years Eve festivities were fun - the music was great. All the staff were friendly, patient, and accommodating.

The internet service in our rooms was not good - sometimes we couldn't connect at all, which was frustrating. It would have been nice if the resort offered some activities (ie: trivia night or beach volleyball, etc).

The front desk staff was rude, the place was run down, the elite island non-profit support via silent auction is purely a scam.

The buffet was great, the entertainment, and the grill. I loved the beach and the water attractions.

The bathroom smelled funny. The shower kept leaking so water was always on the floor. It felt disgusting.

The wide range of choices of restaurants, the food was exceptional, and the variety was impressive. The facility had a wide range of choices for different types of individuals, and the staff was so welcoming. The waitresses in the buffet restaurant were the greatest.

The only thing our air conditioning unit was leaking lots of water. We reported at the front desk, but no one came; however, we did not make it an issue. We had a tremendous time.

Beach is absolutely beautiful. Bartenders June,Alliya , and Sill were awesome. So fun to interact with them.

Everyone thinks the rooms are small which they are but me and my family just showered and slept in them so we didn’t mind.
