outdated. no ice on my floor. water filter in fitness center red. bed was too squashy and dipped where i laid. pillows sucked. no mini fridge. no streaming to tv. remote missing a back cover and instead had black electrical tape on it. BE SO FOR REAL.

A/C quit working in the middle of the night. None of the ice makers were working.

For the price, it’s not worth it. During the time of my stay, they had an event at the Fox theater right across the street and prom events. Staff was completely unprepared and the rooms needed some work. Definitely will not be going back to this hotel.

Staff, cleanliness, convenience.

The furniture in our room had seen its better days. The bedside table looked like it had been distressed with so much paint missing.

Heater didn’t work, we let front desk know but it was’t resolved. Room is wore down. One elevator broke down

One of the 2 main elevators was not in service. Flooring material in the room was delaminating and gaping

Amazing location and beautiful hotel.

The walk out of the front door to the parking garage makes you go through the smallest sidewalk ever it’s almost too small to use. And on the other side is busy with cars pulling though so it is a safety concern and I would remove a portion of the bushes.

Fridge was dirty, rooms were not clean

The staff was simply amazing! My room was comortable and very clean. I loved all of the small details as well.

The elevator in that hotel is a slow nightmare. They really need to address that.

Booked a king bed & received a queen, the pool was not open, sheets did not fit the bed, one elevator was not working, could hear a lot of hallway noise

The floor was missing wood panels and it was a hazard because I had children there .

Beautiful atrium. Staff were very friendly. Central location, close to MARTA.

Not enough elevators for the guest capacity at the hotel, so elevators were very slow. Location was central but proximity was mostly office buildings, so you have to walk a bit to get to good restaurants and shops.

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel and how beautiful it was inside and out great rooms nice view staff was very friendly from the valet,front desk,housekeeping to the restaurant I will be coming back when I come back to Atlanta

The parking management at this hotel was not accommodating. I did not like one attendant?s approach or attitude in particular. Everyone else we encountered was great!

Paint peeling on the ceiling in the bathroom. Windows and balcony doors were bolted shut. Why advertise a Juliet balcony if it is unusable. Also, no mini fridge in room.

The location

The room was DISGUSTINGLY. I even took pictures, cigarette ashes in the shower, and an old hair tie, chipped paint, the bedding had large visible stains and holes. It was just gross.

So much. No automatic doors and doormen stand around not acknowledging guests. Room dirty. No supplies.. shampoo and body wash out, no bath mat, pen or pad, no blanket just sheet and very thin cover.

The staff was very helpful

I found a used vape pen tucked into the couch. The key cards would randomly stop working.

The location across from the Fox Theater where we went to see a performance.

No shopping or activities in the area around the hotel. The room was very basic, no refrigerator. The vending room containing the ice maker was locked for repairs and the closes ice machine was on the 2nd or 10th floor.
