The hotel is beautiful and the location is excellent. Staff are always friendly.

We stay here a lot and love this hotel, however for this visit we tried to order room service and no one answered the phone. We then called the front desk and was against n transferred to the number and no one answered.

Hotel was very nice. Clean and beautiful. My room was great, lots of room and it was a beautiful view of the city. The bed was so comfortable and I got amazing sleep. I could hear the sound of the city, but I would not call it noise. The location was downtown, which is fine if your looking for things to do in that area. The valet and bell hop were very nice and efficient. The front desk was great when checking in and out. Would stay again. No complaints.

The room could use a fridge and microwave that is for sure. The lighting was odd, with it just being lamps.

There was no refrigerator nor microwave. The front desk was nice enough to send up a mini fridge. We bought the breakfast package thinking breakfast was " included " Not the case .Once we checked out and looked at our bill there was an additional charge of $79 Nowhere did we see you're only allotted $35 for breakfast .We found this to be very deceptive.

Friendly and attentive front desk staff. The size of the 2 bedroom suite was immaculate.

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The bed was comfortable and our room was clean. The breakfast was delicious, and the location of the hotel was ideal close to Marta rail.

They had only 1 elevator working at the time of our stay, which made for long waits. The ice machine was not working on our floor and since we couldn't go to another floor we had to go to reception to get us ice. They didn't service our room during our 3 night stay and we would have liked more coffee, but it wasn't a deal breaker.

Location was awesome. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel.

There were some light fixtures in the ceiling in our suite that did not work and the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn’t work, unless the shades were open in the day time it was dark in the room, room needed additional lighting. There was a slight musty odor when you walked into the room that lingered. I did alert the staff upon checkout. Beverages in the lounge were small and over priced.

Rooms are not cleaned daily unless requested daily. Leving a note with reception asking for daily cleanup did not result in cleaning.

Lovely historic hotel in the middle of mid-town Atlanta with easy access to Georgia Tech. Bar/speakeasy located on lower level of hotel and restaurant with bar on main level. Small gym on penthouse level with beautiful view of the city.

Hotel lacked a small shop for snacks/toiletries and common area to lounge outside your room. Small coffee shop attached to hotel just outside main door but no coffee available in lobby. You are in the city of Atlanta and even though I was on the 17th floor, it was loud-police and ambulance sirens.
