Location and the indoor out door pools and hot tubs

No microwave in the room. Lack of information at check in from front desk staff.

Employees were very nice and helpful!

Hotel room was dirty and we were not compensated for getting a smaller/cheaper room.

The only flaw I had booking this hotel is that nobody informed me about having too pay $35 the whole trip on top of the $85 we had already paid until we checked out

Hotel beds and pillows were horrible. Food quality and time of service was not good at all.

They charged me a $40 fee to stay there and I paid a $20 fee to enter the park which should've been reimbursed

The view was beautiful. The staff was professional and helpful.

The breakfast at the restaurant was not good and not worth the money we paid. Overall, ur stay was beautiful.

Proximity to Stone mountain

We paid for the breakfast package and they ran out of food and this is after waiting 20 minutes to be seated. We ended up having soggy scrambled eggs scraped off the bottom and some juice. There are no labels on food platters (which were empty anyway).

The pool area needs updating. The hotel interior needs updating. It is a shame that no one is investing in the property.

We had a horrible experience. new staff. different answers from website. Missed breakfast,given wrong time. Restaurants at pool closed on Sun of 4th of July Dates website stated both should be opened.no shuttle.

Floors confusing. No bell service. Internet lousy. 2 out of 3 elevators broke the whole weekend. Dogs loud! Handicap rooms not near elevators.

Over charged my credit card twice in amount of 102.46 so 204.92 first room tv and fridge didn?t work had to move rooms second room balcony door would not lock! They don?t service the room every day so need to find them for coffee or towels

I never got my money back that was supposed to refunded, $283 some holding fee, I will never come there again, I would like my refunded

People should know that this hotel is in a historic park that you have to pay extra to get into. Also, it memorializes awful people who fought to KEEP slavery during the civil war. It was offensive.

I was not made aware until checking in that they would be charging a $45 resort fee. I don?t know why such a fee exist when nothing at the resort was open. Also, I tried calling the front desk on several occasions to ask a question to no avail

The air conditioner in our room did not work well and it was hot and difficult to sleep. One night, both restaurants were offering only a buffet, no ordering off menu. Was not kid-friendly. Could only get other food at the tiki bar and they were overrun

I loved the location and the lake views from the rooms and property.

The pool areas need a n update/refresh, especially the indoor pool. Also, the balcony furniture needs to be replaced, very old and worn.

The restaurant was so bad, food over cooked, service was awful. will never eat there again, people were leaving as they could not get waited on.. We ask for an extra plate and they tossed (literally) a coffee saucer to us.
