Location

The water pressure was TERRIBLE. So you have to be in the shower for a very long time to feel clean. And there was blood on the curtains.

Gym

Nobody cleaned our room the whole trip, and we were charged for parking.

the front desk during our stay was very courteous and very helpful with anything we needed including band aids for one of our kids.

I didnt like that breakfast isn't included with the stay. The rooms are a bit dated the carpet was very worn the mattress was very hard. I would recommend that they put a privacy curtain up on the doors to the separate bedroom instead of the sheer ones.

Locatiokn

They overcharge for doing their job. I spilled a small amount of sand on the floor on my stay and the hotel charged me $85 to vacuum the floor. Absolutely ridiculous

misunderstanding on the breakfast. I thought it was free but it wasn't.

The TV options and the no bed and breakfast

Everything! The bed and the pillows were so comfortable!

The foldout couch was not as comfortable. It needs some work.

Staff and location

The bed size is not accurate, it said queen online but they are full size . Cigarettes bud on balcony and no hand soap in room .

I like the location, size of room, the amenities

Yes the hotel had baby roaches crawling in the shower, and hair in the whirlpool tub. The sanitation was not up to my expectations.

The executive room layout was good.

Upon check-in I had to remind the night desk attendant that our breakfast was included per the reservation; which he commented negatively about honoring. The main elevators were broken. We had to use the service elevator our entire stay - Not happy.

The room was great and appreciated the desk providing extra towels.

Chose the hotel due to the mention of free shuttle within a 3 mile radius. We wanted to use the shuttle to get to the MARTA to attend an event downtown in the evening. We (2 women) were told the shuttle didn't run on weekends.

Very nice, clean, quiet and hotel! Staff was amazing they went over and above!!! super friendly!!! :)

It was a very good location, safe and near a lot of nice shopping. Also, my room was very quiet, not a lot of neighbor noise. Also, the space was good. The room has a nice set up.

Things are a bit worn from age and the elevator clearly needs work as it does not stop evenly with the floor level. It was down for service my second day. It was up the next day, but the problem was not fixed.

We left our room at 11am. They did not come clean the room at all that day. Had 3 towels

The receptionist was very helpful in providing her nail salon she used.? I noticed how beautiful her nails looked .? so I went to the shop she recommended and was NOT disappointed ??

The strict checkin timeframe ?.? but I got my nails done while waiting to checkin as well as a little shopping

Broken elevator, dirty, noisy, no luggage carts, unfriendly front desk

They didn't come clean room after asking for housekeeping. Had to call for towels everyday. Was told they would repair a toilet that wouldn't stop running and no one ever came.

The hotel was very clean, they were generous with the towels, the bed was so comfortable! The TV had good channels to choose from. Lots of space for my clothes.

The internet was a little slow

The staff was efficient and effective.

Like all of the Hilton hotels I have stayed at recently, it was rundown/poorly maintained. At one time this was a nice hotel, but the room furnishings and finishes were beat up and the mattress quality was poor during our stay.
