Street noise, small room and bed, no closet, noisy other guests, $40 extra fee for dogs

Feels clean and safe, a good value for the price.

There is a need for deeper cleaning of the rooms – I noticed mold growing under the toilet room.

The shower head could not be adjusted to a comfortable level. The only soft mode made a complete mist filling space and soaking hair.. All the other modes were stinging. No actual shower mode was available.

check in lady on october 19 did not say that the pool and hottub were not available, room was small and not clean, bed uncomfortable, sheets were scratchy

The front counter employee was quick and effective

When we walked into the room it smelled like cigars and mold The hot water kept going cold while my wife was taking a shower

Room are spacious. The staff was courteous. Location is great.

The room had no supplies- all the bottles of soap, shampoo, and conditioner were empty. And an almost finished roll of TP.

the noise, the fact they dfo not clean rooms daily, the staff cleaning the outside around hotel and parking lot, spent more time on their cell phone than doing any clean up work

It was a constant tapping noise in our room. Noise have been there for months, staff new about it and they still assign me this room despite the fact there were planty of unused rooms.

The lobby looked to be in the middle of renovations, perhaps. Not sure. It may look like that all the time.

This is a hotel elevating its star rating to pretend to be something it isn?t. The rooms are small and feel old. The tub had peeling paint and didn?t drain well. The air conditioning unit display is so bright I had to turn it off. I could go on..

No cleaning service for the entire 6 day stay, room was dirty. Broken elevator had to carry my bags up and down stairs and manager never bothered to call me when requested

Hotel is very very nice and super clean! Room was very comfortable. Staff were all helpful and pleasant. Recommend!!

Thin walls bottom floors are loud due to outside noise

Employees were very friendly. The hot tub and pool were very nice.

The staff and manager at this hotel were superb attending to guests needs. The breakfast attended was very kind to a party from Japan who couldn?t understand the waffle maker instructions - very friendly people.

Close to the interstate

That the sink was in the hallway outside the bathroom; the air conditioning unit was positioned right next to the bed blowing cold air as I slept all night long

Aloof, disrespectful check in staff. Was ignored for close to a minute after approaching desk. The lobby had no other guests and did not appear busy. She then proceeded to ask inappropriate questions about our emotional support animal.
