- My first room had the shower broken and I complained multiple times(days) into I just demanded a new room and found roaches in the room
- Rooms could be a little bigger
- Coffee machine was bad. Huge chunks came out. So couldn't drink coffee there. Loud guests kept me awake but not hotel's fault

Mattress was great. Staff really nice
