- The room was recently renovated and the bathroom was clean. Check-in and check-out were easy.
- No breakfast served
- Nice rooms and really nice bathroom. they are renovating a lot so love the effort to upgrade
Cons -
- As other guests point out, the exterior of the building is a mess -- looks like a place for squatters -- as is the lobby and hallways. Also, this place advertises full kitchens. But there were no plates or bowls or utensils. The worst thing is that the hotel takes a $100 deposit against damages -- like many hotels -- but then does not refund the deposit for up to three to five business days. I have NEVER had a hotel do that before, with the full charge immediately going on the credit card and the deposit not put into a "pending" category.

- Some items are outdated and need to be changed but no serious complaint

Honestly nothing.
There was a homeless man sleeping on the ground in the parking lot, there are hand painted signs directing you to a sun worn tattered overhang, that leads down a dimly lit hall with one flicking light, decorated with old dingy furniture, which leads to a lobby straight out of camp crystal lake in the 70s.
