Spa facility was very nice - gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, locker rooms - all very nice.
Expensive - but worth it for this trip.

The spa was incredible. Lots of amenities included in the stay -- sauna, steam room, pool, hot tub were all clean and staff were above and beyond

Clean rooms, and great gym + pool. Only the sauna work, as the steam room has been inoperative for around 6 month (as we were told by them).
Really expensive hotel with even no coffee machine in the room. Breakfast is ok (some fruit, eggs, yogurt, bacon and sausages) but cost 45$. No lunch or dinner service on the hotel.

Great hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. Room was huge with a good working/chill area and sofa. Huge bathroom with good amenities. Used the pool as well which I luckily had all to myself, didn't use the gym but it look very well equipped, spacious and relatively quiet. Lovely view onto the river as well. Good location too, lots of great places to visit nearby and super easy to get ubers to visit other areas in DC.
I had a noisy neighbour for one of the nights, the hotel did offer me a different room but I had already unpacked and found that the noisy neighbour was only going to be there for one night so decided not to. Not the hotel's fault, just something that happened.

The amenities are good, and the hotel is well designed and well staffed
The staff are not well trained, and make mistakes continuously. The cleanliness is very bad (I saw mice in the lobby). It is overall overpriced and charges extra for many things,which other hotels don't

The location was great …. Although I am not a fan of carpets it was a nice room and balcony
