Pros +
- Beautiful old hotel. Stayed here a lot in the past when our head office was here.
- The shower was very nice - great water pressure, drainage, space for shower things, and hot water flow.
- Beautiful hotel, very glamorous and grand. Great location. Great staff.
Cons -
- 1st suite had block water coming out of sink. They moved us to 2nd smaller room. That was fine, but there was the sound of water behind a wall. It was very loud. Both husband and I could not sleep. I had to go get my headphone on to sleep.
- The room was very hot and we were unable to adjust the temperature. When we left the room in the morning (in December) it was over 70F.
- Hotel was terrific but it was a tiny bit shabby in some areas. The elevators were well used and a little rickety, small nit picky things but I expected absolut perfection but still it was fabulous.
