The vibes - the 20s speakeasy vibes were great! Very spacious rooms and comfy beds! friendly were across the road in the Marriott and I felt this hotel was just nicer overall.
We went to the speakeasy but after 30 minutes still weren’t served, 1 waitress and a busy bar so a shame. Also my toilet was broken most of my trip.

Very beautiful hotel with an 'old money' style! The staff is friendly and offers parking service. The bedroom is spacious with a nice workstation, a good-sized bathroom, and a comfortable bed. Everything was clean. There's a pub and a restaurant in the hotel.
Not much to say – it's a great hotel. However, as the building is old (which is good from a design perspective), the elevators are old too. They're quite small and slow, so it takes some time to go up and down, even with few people using them.

Location and clean room
Hours before checkout we got a knock on the door by staff to see if we had checked out. About 45 minutes later we got a second knock on the door to see if we had checked out. And yet a third time a short time later another knock to see if we had checked out. This was between 830-1030 on a Sunday morning. Felt like we were super rushed to get out of the hotel so they could clean. Would have loved to sleep in but was unable due to three unwanted wake up calls.

Great place to stay downtown! Walking distance to a lot of wonderful venues.
Carpet seemed a little dirty in room.

Very pretty hotel. Enjoyed our stay. P.S. was cool too.
Water was $3.00 a bottle. Didn’t see that until I drank one.

The location was excellent and the ambiance was perfect for a getaway.
The ice machine was not in service and there were difficulties with the thermometer. Overall a good stay.

Location of the hotel is great
Been attempting to speak with Linda the manager who haven’t responded to any of my phone calls or emails in regards to a matter. The bathroom smelled like mold and water was sitting in it. Room was extremely small even though that was not the room selected for the booking.
