The speakeasy was the only place where staff was nice.

I have stayed at holiday inn cleaner and nicer than this "4star" bed is wet and look dirty it is and ice machine it is broken on every floor. When i want to front desk the guy in the white shirt was rude and acted like he didn't have time for us.

Location can’t be beat!! Loved the corner room view as well!! I was nervous after booking and then reading a few reviews… I must say we found the hotel to be extremely clean, and the staff beyond pleasant from valet to front desk to the speak easy!!

Would’ve loved a small fridge in our room, and at least one complimentary water bottle per guest for a three night stay!

It was very dated. I was surprised that it was considered a boutique hotel, that is using the term very loosely; more surprised that it is a Hilton and the price was well higher than the value.

Beautiful old hotel. Stayed here a lot in the past when our head office was here.

1st suite had block water coming out of sink. They moved us to 2nd smaller room. That was fine, but there was the sound of water behind a wall. It was very loud. Both husband and I could not sleep. I had to go get my headphone on to sleep.

The shower was very nice - great water pressure, drainage, space for shower things, and hot water flow.

The room was very hot and we were unable to adjust the temperature. When we left the room in the morning (in December) it was over 70F.

Beautiful hotel, very glamorous and grand. Great location. Great staff.

Hotel was terrific but it was a tiny bit shabby in some areas. The elevators were well used and a little rickety, small nit picky things but I expected absolut perfection but still it was fabulous.

There is construction going on and the street was not accessible and make it very confusing to get to. Would have just appreciated a heads up of construction and where/how to park.

Location

It was not Curio Collection quality. The room was dusty, dark and needed a paint job. The touch ups were very discolored and there were too many.

The bathroom was clean and the bedding was clean. The rooms were decent sized.

The carpet was dirty with toenail clippings. It also appeared the couch cushions had not been moved out and vacuumed. There were wrappers in the couch. Otherwise, the bedding was clean and the bathroom was clean.

Everyone was very helpful from the valet to the bartender in the bar. I was traveling alone and they helped me feel comfortable.

Location was certainly the best aspect and then I would say it¿s potential. What I mean by that is that it¿s all there. A beautiful lobby and entrance but nothing is really being done with it. A very basic coffee bar and upper level with nothing.

The restaurant was not at the level a 4star hotel should have tied into it.

The location is perfect and the staff is wonderful

No microwave, refrigerators and half of the ice machines didn't work. It was very rundown. There is a difference between vintage and worn. This hotel has seen better days for sure!

Came in for a concert. Chose location due to closeness of the venue and other entertainment within walking distance.

Location is the best feature. The bed was comfortable and the shower is large.

We got there at 5 but didn't get to our room until 6:30 thus missed first part of concert. Reserved a king bed but ended up with a queen. Opted to not use valet parking because would have been another long wait. Had to park block away for $19.

Love the ambience and the staff.

Didn¿t like that they don¿t refresh the coffee/tea/water daily. You have to pay for it don¿t like the shower door there¿s a big gap so the water flows out onto the floor.

The historic architecture

Small touches expected at this price point did not exist here. Such as but not limited to, no magnified mirror in bathroom, no cups in bathroom, and front desk staff did not seem to be trained.

We were very happy the staff is so friendly and kind and goes out of their way we will definitely make this car go to the hotel

Because the building is so old the elevators are small and doorways the rooms are not the biggest but decorated very well very clean and we are very happy with them.

Room did not have a fridge or a pullout sofa as claimed.! Did not included breakfast as claim.
