JW Marriott Washington, DC

Great location. Our room overlooked the Washington Monument.

Elevators had an issue but was resolved in one morning. The restaurant at night could be better/bigger.

The room was spacious

Nearly everything that could be wrong was wrong. The heater in the room did not work, the shower head malfunctioned, the valet takes 30 mins to retrieve your vehicle, and then to top it off the elevators went down. Needs to be a change in management

Perfect location for staying in Washington DC. We had tickets for concerts and the venue was a block from the hotel, so it was very convenient.

Great hotel and location! Very clean.

The only thing that I would change was the soft pillows. A medium pillow everyone can enjoy. A soft pillow helps no one.

The location is amazing! It is two blocks from the White House and close to the national mall. Definitely a good spot for a tourist vacation.

The room was less fancy than I anticipated. It was big but there was a lot of wasted space in the room. Our in room Internet went out on the second day of our three day trip and we could not get anyone from the office to respond when we called down to fix

No Free Wi-Fi, pillows were a bit uncomfortable.

Location, cleanliness, following covid protocol, very good breakfast buffet.

They did not have enough valets. It took 40 minutes to get our car. Eventually, one family asked for their keys and got their own car.

Very bad experience with front desk staff who worked at late n shift on 07/07/2020. 

went down to DC to joing the protests, they make sure you are on a list before you can enter the hotel - or have a key once there- everyone has masks, plenty of hand sanitizer, free water in the lobby, staff lovely, hardly anyone there - perfect!

Clean the staff was nice rooms were modern and comfortable no complaints

Yes - my bathroom had not been cleaned when I checked in. The toilet was evidently not cleaned from the previous occupant. I went and bought disinfectant and cleaned the bathroom myself.

JW Marriott is an outstanding facility located in the center of everything important in D.C. After several visits,it is still my first choice in D.C.

Minor confusion on housekeeping services if you sleep in late in the morning.

The Marriott Hotels consistently have the most comfortable bedding and rooms. I had everything in the room I needed for a pleasant night's sleep including a beautiful view of the city. My room and toiletries met every expectation. Great staff!

After checking in and letting them know that my daughter and I came to celebrate her birthday, they added free breakfast both mornings. We enjoyed our stay very much.

24 hour room service. But they don't serve rolls with salad, which is weird. And no eggs Benedict on the menu. Nonetheless, the room service is less expensive than other similarly priced hotels. Cool elevators. Great amenities. Super location.

When you call "0" or room service at 11:00 pm, no one answers; after trying both several times I went down to the lobby to order.
