  • Awesome staff and great location.
  • Great location. Our room overlooked the Washington Monument.
  • The room was spacious

Cons -

  • Elevators had an issue but was resolved in one morning. The restaurant at night could be better/bigger.
  • Nearly everything that could be wrong was wrong. The heater in the room did not work, the shower head malfunctioned, the valet takes 30 mins to retrieve your vehicle, and then to top it off the elevators went down. Needs to be a change in management
  • No room service

The room was spacious
