Our favorite dog-friendly hotel when we're in DC. Walking distance to so much!

Location

There were no food beverage services, restaurant / Bar being renovated. Breakfast options very very limited, lack of basic amenities

Staff was incredibly friendly!

Location is further than expected, the building is very old and add on fees were not acceptable. showers didn’t drain quickly so water pooled during shower. Overall the remodel can only do so much and it’s an old building. This is a 3.5 star hotel.

The happy hour and contintental breakfast were great. The room was a good size and very comfortable. Walking distance to good restaurants.

The shower was somewhat small and no storage to hold shampoo, etc.

Room was dirty, shower didn?t work, room was old.

Only gave a nine due to the dresser drawer in room did not close, causing a bit of a trip hazard while walking around the room. Otherwise, we enjoyed the comfort of rhe room and friendliness of the staff!

Comfortable beds, complimentary wine hour, complimentary hot apple cider, complimentary grab and go breakfast, friendly staff, unlimited free water bottles.

The room was a perfect size. Spotless. The beds firm yet comfy.

Sometimes if felt a bit sketchy with the homeless.

This hotel is not 5 star, would have picked a different hotel if I was aware of that

The staff was friendly and helpful.

We were told this was a 4.5 star hotel and it was a 2.5 maybe 3 at best. The rooms were similar to any roadside hotel. The bed was awful- old and creaky. The linens were some of the worst I¿ve slept on. There were huge stains on the walls and ceilings.

The hotel is beautiful and the room was very comfortable with modern touches. We were in the corner on the top floor and it was quiet. Great location and an affordable parking garage across the street.

My only feedback is the hours of the restaurant could be better.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Additionally, both check in and check out we¿re extremely smooth, and the location made it very easy to get around. Also, TC at the front desk was very helpful!

The staff and stylish room. Bed was comfortable and clean.

We had a suite near freight elevator was a lil noisy.

My favorite part of the hotel was hands down the service. The staff was excellent in helping me with whatever I needed and going above and beyond to make sure I¿m comfortable. The valet person whose name starts with E was extraordinarily helpful.

The towels didn¿t feel fresh and clean to me for some reason so maybe the quality is lacking there: I also wish there was either a fridge or microwave considering it¿s a 4 star hotel. Other than that, excellent service and accommodations.

Welcoming staff who accomodated our needs and were very helpful with both check in and out. Bedding and room finishes were also fantastic - Benjamin in particular!

Lack of room service

The location was good. It was close to Union Station.

It¿s a boutique hotel, so we knew to expect that it would be specialized, but we didn¿t know that the staff would be ¿boutique¿ as well. It was very hard to keep a keycard that was working, so we had to continuously go to the front desk to get working

Cool vibe and super comfy beds.

There are no food options in the area and the bar closes at 830. Plan ahead.

Hotel was clean & quiet. Love that it¿s dog friendly. Location is great!
