How close it was to Atlantis and were able to have access to the amenities at Atlantis!

More modern updates to the rooms would be good, door kept shaking so it sounded as someone was knocking every time

Close proximity to Atlantis and the breakfast buffet!

There was no water pressure one morning, assuming everyone was using it at the same time? The diesel power generator at the resurant was super loud and ran the whole time there. We could not hold a conversation over the exhaust noise.

It's not the Atlantis. But if you're looking for all the Atlantis amenities at a fraction of the cost, this is the place to stay. The staff was incredible and a simple walk the Atlantis and all the facilities. Highly recommend it.

The hotel is in a very convenient spot. You can get to most places without having to take a taxi.

They are very strict about the amount of bottled waters you get, but there is a convenience store nearby.

Moldy, musty room, we had to move to a slightly better room because the smell was unbearable. Took them 3 days to fix something in our room and we had to mention it to staff every day. We wont be staying here again.

The value, proximity and benefit of Atlantis waterpark usage. The staff was friendly and accomodating.

The hotel seemed a bit tired and dated. The breakfast was not "fresh" despite arriving just an hour into the timeframe.

They would not except my registration that I book because I put my guess I as the billing checking. The guest was with me also. Had to purchase another room and did not get the room I ask for at all. I will not return to this hotel again in my travels.

We only were supposed to stay one night, I messaged them several timesTo make sure we would have access to ALL amenities upon arrival for our early check in and I was assured as soon as I checked in we would. Whom we got there at 9am they said we can only have access at 3pm. We cancelled our reservation immediately. The staff was rude, I showed them my confirmation of conversation and they said too bad.

Room was not ready at 3pm. They will not allow you to check in early. Room was not ready until 330. Yet check in is 3pm. We arrive at 200 pm

Room was in a great location. Facing Atlantis was great. Breakfast was a plus. I have stayed there a few times in the past so I was familiar with the location.

I didn't find anything I didn't like.

Access to Atlantis makes the room price good. The bed was comfortable and they were happy to supply extra towels and pillows. Really friendly and helpful staff trying their best in a sub-par space. It’s like they just don’t have the resources to do anything but upgrade the surfaces.

The place is in sad shape: useless WiFi, broken clothesline and cracks in the bathroom, broken vending and ice machines, each lamp worked differently and some had loose bulbs, toilet needed multiple flushes to clear. The “restaurant” was no more than the bare breakfast room. What was really telling was the staff were unsurprised and clearly frustrated by it all.

Great location, amazing staff, ok breakfast and nice pool area with flowers and trees. Beautiful view across the road from our room to palm trees and Atlantis entrance! Juliette balcony provided option of clean fresh air in the room.All the staff we met were extraordinarily pleasant and helpful, especially Jewel at breakfast and Calvin at the front desk.Really good response to our advance room preference request!Thank you!

Breakfast choices provided a few healthy options but overall was run-of-the-mill. Could have offered more fruit choices than just melons every day. The scrambled eggs seemed to be made from something other than real, fresh eggs. Hot real eggs and some vegan choices would be good. Also, the buns were ok but the same every day.Also, balcony door was almost impossible to open and close and the bathroom fixtures required maintenance/upgrades.The seating in the room, both couch and chair were incredibly uncomfortable except for very short periods. Difficult to see and enjoy the TV except from the bed.
