Clean friendly

Some things to improve: The microwave digital light is too strong at night, there is a space beneath the door that lets the light from the corridoor into the room at night, andthe lights in the room are a cool white which is disturbing and feels cold.

Room was dated and worn, old and uncomfortable sofa bed, only two towels and one washcloth for a room that sleeps four, leaking toilet, had a hard time getting coffee pod refills,

Location and front desk staff are the best part of this hotel. Oh the price was ok.

The kitchenette rooms of which I had two, had been heavily heavily used. The kitchen utilities required replacement and the decoration is long overdue. Please note that apart from showering and sleeping (comfortable bed) we spent our time outdoors.

The manager was extremely kind and helpful making sure that my stay in Montreal was very comfortable

Recently opened restaurant had great breakfast options.

Hotel needs some renovation. Composite flooring in our rooms was worn. Bathroom sink was cracked.

The location was close to the Metro station, but it's pretty far from downtown.

The room smelled really bad. The carpet and furnishing were pretty old and shabby.

The hotel is not a 4-star and the staff was not at all helpful with missing toiletries and cleaning

Very interesting decor--clean appealing lobby and rooms

Outside area (pool which we viewed from our window) was very unappealing. I know it was out of season, but there's no reason that the area can't be made to look as if it will one day be a happy place.

The concierge was very friendly and clear about policies and direction regarding the room.

Extremely dirty. 4 night stay elevator carpet not vaccumed once, was visibly filthy. Also behind/underneat couch in room was disgusting - needed vaccum. Inside bedside drawer a used tissue (GROSS). Noisy as hell all hours being next to busy road.

Good pillows. Bed in double-queen standard room felt more plush than in the deluxe or signature rooms, where the mattresses are firm.

I found long hairs in the bathtub and in some towels.

The hotel is clean only the toilet paper and kleenex is hard not soft one hope they will change the quality of this in the future

The hotel location, price, and staff are all fantastic.

The bathtub water doesn't drian well. So you stand in dirty shower water while in the shower.

Clean, great price point, free parking, great staff and service

Midtown location further from downtown but still very accessible
