Staff were awesome, room was clean and spacious.

only problem was the toilet in the bathroom. there was no real way to sit on it... it was stuffed in between wall and sink. had to remove roll of toilet paper to be able to even try to sit down.

Spacious rooms, nice balconies, full kitchens, convenient location to shops/restaurants, exceptionally courteous staff...

The only complaint is the hospital is a stones throw away, making routine ambulance sirens a regular occurrence.

This location was ideal for my trip to the Kennedy Center. Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful at all times. The unexpected and very pleasant surprises were a balcony, a full kitchen, and full room service availability. I would definitely book.

The location was perfect to walk to see the sights, and several restaurants within walking distance

Great location . . . close to business center, restaurants, and shops. Every staff member was very friendly . . . always greeted me with a smile. Also enjoyed the option of cooking my own meal in my room, as my room was equipped with a full kitchen

I can't think of anything I did not like. The hotel suited my purposes.

The front desk staff were very welcoming

There was a gigantic conference table that took up 80% of the room. This was definitely not disclosed to me at time of booking. Very disappointed in that.

Location was great. Room was large like a studio wt lots of closet space. Had all amenities. Loved the kitchen had everything. Free Internet was descent.

There were some construction noises in the morning

The hotel was in the center of all the places that I needed to get to.

I called to ask can I check in early the front desk told me yes to come on over. When I got there my room nor reservation was able to be found. Finally the lady who I talked to showed up and helped. also have someone else my room. They tried to come in

The staff was so friendly and helpful - full of suggestions. The room was actually like a small apartment - absolutely everything we needed! Free bottled water each day. Not just a coffeemaker, but beans and grinder! Free wifi. Great location, too!

It's a very nice and cute Hotel, but very noise.

I booked a King size bed room and got an "upgrade" to an Queen size bed room.

Staff was helpful and cheery.

The shower insert needs updating. It was like taking a shower on a moon bounce.
